USA Casino Affiliate Programs

I'm looking for a USA online casino affiliate program that provides the following:

1. Accepts all US states

2. High rev share (35% or more)

3. High player conversions

4. Consistent payouts

It would be nice to find one that has Microgaming software. Anyone have any good ones they would like to share?

How are the stats and affiliate customer service over at Intertops and CWCAffiliates? Any other information about them would be great.

Didn't know you were a member of GPWA.

I've had some good luck with Best Casino Partners in terms of both revenue and payments. They currently pay at a 35% commission and so far have been very good and making payments over the last couple of months and conversions have actually been decent... though overall conversion ratio is definitely down since the law passed. In any case, I would recommend them.

Microgaming casinos don't accept US players from 11 states so it's difficult to find such affiliate program with microgaming casinos accepting all US players.
From RTG I have good revenue from MainStreet Affiliates, they accept all US players, 40%-50% rev share, and they pay constantly and on time, they have very good affiliate manager - Nicole. So I'm very happy with them.

From Microgaming also I would like to recommend Vegas Affiliates, but now they have some problems with stats and payments, so I wait to say something about them. Because I know nothing about my April stats. Earlier I did well with them.

I agree with CasinoDawg, BestCasinoPartner is also good for me, but I heard some affiliates' complaints about their payments, but I always received payments on time

Aksana - Intertops accepts ALL players, no exceptions last I heard.

Their stats are crappy, IMO. I don't like their interface at all, but they are the only MGS casino that accepts all US players.

CWCAffiliates- Club USA / Club Asia / Club Euro (Club World Brand) - Their stats are typical.

I have a hard time converting Intertops, but I know a lot of affiliates who are having outstanding luck with them.

Club World I find easy to convert because they pay very fast.
