No, and I don't have an account to use ChatGPT.
No, but I have an account with ChatGPT and have played with it.
Yes, but only for research that helps me in creating content.
Yes, to create draft content I edit before using.
Yes, to create content I use with little or no subsequent editing.
Something else (explain in a post).
I can't see how any tool would be any where near accurate at detecting AI content, especially sophisticated ones like ChatGPT. Trying running pages written by yourself through one of the tools, and you'll probably get similar results.

I'm not on the ChatGPT bandwagon as a tool for content creation and wouldn't use it for my website. I've played around with it and was disappointed with the results to be honest. To someone that is unfamiliar with the subject matter, it probably looks like great content but to anyone with knowledge on a topic, it often spits out inaccurate/false information. You'd have to fact check the information it gives which requires time and admin etc so begs the question is it even worth using it? Additionally, it has a tendency to parrot back words you've used in your question and use words repetitively. I'm sure it will get more sophisticated in the future so perhaps then it would be worth using for ideas but even then its against Google guidelines so I'd avoid using it for my website for fear of penalty/losing rankings. If anyone is interested, I wrote an article about it and its application for poker here: https://texasholdemquestions.com/chatgpt-poker/
It is a good idea to use ChatGPT to break writer's block when you feel stuck, but I prefer to rely on my own experience when writing about something![]()
I completely agree. Current tools do not differentiate the accuracy of texts written by humans from those generated by AI.
However, as a content writer myself, I understand the concern of demonstrating the value of our work (and personally, the fear that some clients may be dazzled by the chatGPT trend).
After thinking and reading a lot about this, I have come to some ideas that have given me some peace of mind:
- Clients who require proof that your content is made in one way or another are unlikely to be clients worth having in the long run.
- Even using AI to write an article on the same topic, different writers will have different results, and that's where the skill of writing prompts, experience, and editing will be the differentiating factor.
- It's necessary to focus more on the product of our work, beyond how we've done it. Is it of high quality? Does it meet the objectives?
It's kind of crazy to disqualify the work of writers in this way. After all, writing is not something that can be replicated by a machine alone, you will always need some imput, edition and criteria.

From my experience the results with ChatGPT are a bit better with English than Portuguese, but it is always nice to have a helper if I'm researching an academic topic or some theory, or to brainstorm ideas

I don't use chatGPT for content.
Because I think it lacks information of uniqueness.
I utilize Chat GPT for various tasks, but I don't generate content with it myself. Because I noticed Chatgpt is not trusted, I noticed that the content generated is always the same from time to time.
I agree with this about not trusting the information chatGPT says.
Also I agree with those who think chatGPT can be a good content creator because some contents don't have to be just informative but interesting.
If we ask chatGPT to list up some tendencies of some people on something, that might not be really true but you can sense that those tendencies can be actually happening. something like that.
But importantly, you would probably want to edit the texts chatGPT creates as it has some weird parts sometimes. so it can be more natural.
ChatGPT has no problems with the uniqueness of the text but sometimes it happens with the construction of sentences. That's why editing is required after
chatgpt is an amazing tool it can create outputs based on patterns and data that has been generated by the internet which is being posted by other people. but let's be honest that it is still unmatched with human intelligence due to our ability to adapt, learn and apply the knowledge that we accommodate not just by books but also from our common sense our emotions. we humans create innovations by our deep understanding depending on the circumstances that we face. so if we let an AI to create contents for us is like stealing someone else's idea and taking credit for it.
While AI technology has proven to be highly effective, it's important to note that it can dilute the personal touch and unique flow of content if you don't customize it and add your own signature style. Moreover, AI isn't always 100% accurate.
However, Chat GPT can be used for much more than just creating content; it can also generate perfect tables that make your content more organized. By adding some colors and styles to the table in WordPress, you save a considerable amount of time. Just copy and paste directly into your WordPress platform. Essentially, it's also a tool for time-saving tasks.![]()
For website content it's bad idea using it now I think. Cauz it has some language patterns which will be used by another people. So, if you will be first in your topic - it may be great idea with unique content, but now it's impossible to be first in it. Also dorways actively using it. So, now - it's really bad idea.

Tables are old school and div layers should be used instead.
Div's are far more flexible, and once written are easier to use and customize strictly in css with less on page code. (some reports show divs much faster)
And as for content, as AI itself gets better one can only hope that the AI at google and other engines will continue to improve at detecting ai generated content and continue to rank human content higher.

I think no one here views AI as an independent entity rather as a very cool tool
