Could you maybe do a webinar for the operators on why it is REALLY a bad thing to disable links and be sure to mention how affiliates will often drop those particular operators that do s.....

Or a webinar on why the income access software periodically drops account and banner report configurations and results in only being able to see the general daily report.
Or a webinar on why the income access clients find it so difficult to automate the feeds into the software so that failure rates are at least once per month ?
Or a webinar on ... (ah you get the picture)
This is not to pick on Nicky who is clearly a smart woman - but I think that she needs to look at more tightly managing the setup at home to ensure that Income Access really do have a quality product BEFORE going off on "thought leading" sessions.

Or a webinar on the dangers of taking on manual updates uploaded to ftp when you've clearly half-assed manipulated the stats bacause columns are not matching up, some players count as "new" and others do not...
While you're at it, fully explaining the implications of changing commission structures, disabling links, and the professional implications of hiding certain reports from affiliates eyes would be welcomed, well chosen webinars as well.

Hi All,
As always, we are happy to discuss feedback from affiliates. I will be reaching out to each of you via PM to discuss exactly what you are looking for based on your feedback above.
In terms of the Disabling Links point, this has been addressed a few times, with the more recent update here: https://www.gpwa.org/forum/yet-again...220679/p5.html
Cheers,
Alla

Well, to be brutally honest,
If disabled links was not covered in your recent webinar (brands effectively reaching their full potential), than you did not give true value to your partners and customers since any operators that disable links and have traffic go to 404's are certainly NOT reaching their full potential as an operator or their partnership with affiliates.
This is not a simple little one-off episode, but something has been going on and has been discussed many times here at the GPWA for YEARS.
Some of the other reports listed such as dropped reports, things with data integration etc have also been reported over and over.

You also may want to hold a webinar encouraging your programs to refrain from hiding columns in the stats when questioning them on why things do not match up after their "by hand" update sessions.
