5 seconds??? I have dreamed about that. I am looking into a UK server now. I am thinking a DUAL with GB Ram and 100 Mbps.... will that be a 5 sec server? I mean if I take a few banners off so I dont hurt anybodies eyes? Seriously I need some guidance. I dont want to spend more than 125$ a month so I am shopping hard.

Sorry but I`m not very good about the technical things we have to care about our sites, I care about a few things but the others are made by my partner.

What I told u about the 5 seconds has a source called "Tienes 5 segundos" ("You have 5 seconds"), that`s a book -unfortunately in Spanish- that tells you good practices to develop a site. But the most important thing of the book is that the visitors will wait four you in average 5 second until your site is ready to offer what they are looking for...

the site is focused on graphics, but google love content. may be you need to focus on content.

Decided to remove the post.
People ask for help, you spend time giving it (15 - 20 min work) and they can't even say thank you (even though they're are logged in).

Cmon....you know as well as I do that even when people don't say thanks they often really do appreciate the effort....and even for those that don't oh well....we will all continue to help and give up bits of our time now and well into the future....

If I stopped helping just because someone didn't take the time to say thanks....well we would have to remove a few THOUSAND posts here....then all that would be left from me is a handful of the same jokes that I spin and rewrite and tell over-and-over.....LOL (wondering how many will get that?)

And David, we really do appreciate you (as well as others) taking the time top post up reviews and suggestions because even when the original poster doesn't like the idea, maybe someone else reading it will use the tip.

Edit: I woke up today and thought to myself...no...what I said was a fair call.

I don't have to help anyone here, no one does. But people like myself do.
I do it because I know how hard it was when I started out 10 years ago.

Back then there was nothing like this around. No help you had to figure it out yourself.

So I try to help new webmasters where I can. Most of my help like others, is not just a couple of lines.
But even if it were (only a couple of lines of advice), manners cost nothing!

In my book if you asking for help..etc...etc and other people give you their time, the least anyone can do is say thank you.

The site loads painstakingly slow - 21.94 seconds slow ( my ISP gives me download speed: up to 6 Mbps upload speed: up to 1 Mbps in case you want to compare based on services) . If you do get much traffic I'm willing to bet they leave before it loads.

My opinion - to many banners and way to many images.

Stop with the images and trying to "pretty up" the site. Think about the user first, images second. There is no need to have 110 different images on one page.

Why does the homepage give me info about USA reviews, compare usa casinos, usa security. Is your site about mac slots or USA casinos?

It seems like your not sure what you want to target. Your using a mac slots domain, the top gives me the top 5 net ent casinos which is NOT us friendly, and the remaining bits of the page is USA.

I'll stop there. I know your working hard at this, but your worrying to much about how to make things look pretty. If you want that invest a few hundred into a coder/designer that knows how to use sprites. Even then I would cut the page down as most isn't very useful for a homepage and could be placed on an inner page.

I have done a lot of reworking on MacOnlineSlots. It took me all this time. There was a lot to do besides what klaus and a few others had to suggest.

I have focused the the topics (mac slots, Mac Casinos etc) I have eliminated images and the ones I left are now "click to enlarge", and I have fixed some broken codes that was slowing down the load. I have installed W3 cache.

It was all real stuff you helped me get straight. Can you give me some more constructive criticism? I am Sure Aussi Dave would like to say a few words. (pls)
