I clicked on the link in your post, and the first thing I noticed (on mobile) was the colors that you're using for your site all blend in perfectly together, along with a well thought out format. I suggest for you to increase your text size as it's a bit small. Otherwise, everything else looks alright to me. You've put a lot of work and dedication into your site and that's awesome. Good job so far.

Ok! I have changed it, my mistake!

OK..I wouldn't worry about the banners for now, fix the page speed first. It got an 18 mobile and 65 desktop (out of 100). Not a problem (yet) if all your Greek competitors are similarly slow....but I doubt they are. Fix that and you'll be getting a much better start.

Search back over last 2 or 3 months, there are various threads about improving page speed.

The design is okay but the loading speed in not.
You need to fix that asap.

Overall you should also improve the UX.
The menu is too huge.
Try to leave only 1line and move the rest to footer.

CTA elements are too small and not really catchy.
Try to improve them too to get better conversion.

Yes, exactly.

The menu contains too many items.

In the 50's, a psychologist, Miller, stated the principle of the magic number seven (plus or minus two).

He said that humans were not able to perceive and remember correctly more items than that.

In my experience (A/B testing) visitors stay less time on a site with a too big menu and click less on affiliate links. I guess they feel a bit lost or discouraged.
