I bet you are feeling GREAT!
    Thanks mate!

I can tell you guys that my skin looks amazing. People think I am wearing makeup when I am not. It is glowing. And my body just feels so much better.

I have far better posture too, likely from all the core exercise.

I feel so much stronger and the recovery time after a workout has decreased phenomenally since starting. Before it would take half hour at least for my heart rate to go back to normal. Now it takes about 2-5 minutes max, and my muscles and my lungs no longer burn when I run for long periods of time.

And to boot I look 10 years younger! I was in a photo on the weekend and I look like I'm 18 again.
I'm still in shock about the 1km time trial too :P

So thanks, I feel absolutely fantastic!

If anyone sees me running now they will know it's not because a zombie apocalypse is on its way!

I've had a set back this week after pulling my right hand trap friday, its the muscle behind the neck and shoulder, after a work out. Haven't been able to train at all, couldn't move my neck for a few days. gutted

    That sounds so painful!

Nice job on being off the booze.
We have the finale cocktail party on sat night and i told myself I may just decide to have 1 beer. lol

Letting my hair down with 1 beer! LOL The sad thing is that after half of it I will probably be smashed.

Sorry to hear about the injury, hope you get well soon!
I had to miss a couple weeks of basketball a while back with a back injury which sucked, but its good to be playing again now.
We smashed it last week, won it 79-31 lol

Congrats Renee on the great results

Wanted to check in to see how everyone is doing?

I started another round of the 12wbt on a lean and strong program.
Into week 5 this week and just had a dexa scan. Unfortunately had nothing to compare it to but I'm pretty pleased with the results.
    21.6% body fat.
over 45kg of muscle (he was pretty impressed with that. said anything over 40 for a woman is impressive).
13kg fat (recommended not losing any more than 3kg of fat at the most)

All of the fat is in my ass and a little in my legs. Looking at the scan there is almost no fat in my arms, shoulders and torso which is pretty awesome.

Bone density is high too which apparently is good.
