Maybe their paychecks should be suspended for not complying to response requirements that all affiliates need.

Hi, all. I just joined this forum. I am from Bangladesh. Nice gathering for affiliates.

Now; I need help. My account has been suspended for more than a week. It first gets suspended for UK banner issue. I respond their email after the deadline. The suspension was lifted and after I withdraw my last month commission it got suspended again. I reach out for help and their response was "management" is reviewing my account and once they have enough info they will notify me. I ask them how long will it take on a follow-up email but they stop responding. I am very worried now. I have worked my ass off for last 2 years. Is this suspension permanent? Can anyone give me any suggestion about what can I do now?

Same here, my account has been suspended 4 days ago. My affiliate manager Gareth Kennedy does not respond to my emails and Whatsapp messages. They are not serious, this is a big problem for all affiliates.
