What makes Good Affiliate program?

I wanted to know in your experience, What makes a good affiliate program? Is there anything that you would like to see implemented by operators? something missing?

A good affiliate program is one that always stays loyal to its affiliates and always pays them whatever commissions they're owed, without any fuss. It's also one that's honest with you all the time if there are ever any issues with monthly payments, and they continually keep their affiliates updated, should any issues ever arise. Affiliates also should be notified in advance, just in case they need to prepare themselves for whatever will come. If there was a proper affiliate union in place to help affiliates who are victimised by operators who steal their earnings, close their accounts, reduce their commissions, etc. that would really be justice and it would make such a huge difference.

First and foremost, its casino(s) have to be good for players. You don't want to refer readers to a place where the chances of having a bad experience are high. Also, generally (not always) casinos which care about the player experience also care about the affiliate experience.

Affiliate Guard Dog tests affiliate programs to see how much they actually pay out. Lots of affiliate programs make lots of invisible deductions to NGR before figuring your commission. (Video Slots comes to mind.)

My few observations during the years of being active affiliate :

- clear and open communication.

- payments on time.

- open to players and never cheating with aff. platforms ( having in mind the efbet case and IA , when they were wrongly calculating stats and lots of affiliates have lost big pile of money).

- do not changin the formula and the Admin fees, since "shaving" of affiliates is as illeagal as not paying to players.

- Aff. managers beeing prompt and fair , like Eli Todosov ( everyone remebers him and what he did for 1xbet during the years).

interesting topic, all main points touched...ofc to be punctual/precise with payments is the first thing first in my opinion (specially for us doing media buying and paying upfront to get traffic!)
