Perhaps it is on an account by account basis. I was given the impression they stopped doing it because I didn't have to request anything. Might depend on home address or patterns of usage. Who knows with them!

If only we could access our accounts from anywhere (without doing online transactions) like Moneybookers I would be happy. It's frustrating when I'm in unserviced countries and can't see what payments have been made.

Now the Neteller is not it was before. To get a help from them is so hard.

Recently I requested help for few times and requested a call as well. However nothing happens except the same useless cliche emails with an invalid investigation email address. It is about a week already, a complaint has not got a reply yet.

It just looks like their service is operated by a machine with no live workers.

I was just thinking when you mention invalid email address. Are you emailing them from the original email address that you opened your account with? The reason I ask is because Neteller will only respond to the email address that they have on record, so if you are emailing them from another address - this could be why they are ignoring you.

I know that so I contact them with my registered email address.

Maybe I did not specify that email clearly. The invalid email address is their investigation(@)neteller.com. You can not send the email through to it.

They put me in the loop. When I requested help (by submiting helping request), I received an email that tell me to see their FAQs database and submit question if that does not resolve my question. You do that again, then you receive the exactly same email.

The story was just same when I requested a call because I received another same email. What I also hate is all the email were sent to me not from the address of their domain but from a very strange email address!

I agree that they had been very good one before. I had used it to transfer nearly all my commissions with different programs before. At that time bankwire request could be processed in 3 days (nowadays no responding, 10 working days may not enough), call requests were contacted in 6 hours (sometimes even in 3 hours). Now they never call me for my few call requests in the last two months or so. I still feel lucky and the right decision that I changed the important affiliate payments from Neteller to bankwire when I felt unconfortable with them.

I also want to ask "what happened to Neteller?"

    Sorry, I misunderstood you.
I think the only way you are going to be able to solve this is to phone their offices and speak to a real person as this automatic email stuff is a waste of time and waiting for them to contact you also doesn't seem to be working.
