This is called Ghost Referrals Spam.
These are bots that are just hitting the GA protocol and not really visiting your site, therefore the 100% bounce-rate and zero session duration.
You can easily filter those from your analytics view with using some basic Hostname filters on GA.

Have in mind that this filter doesn't really stop them from hitting your site, but just filters them from the GA view.
If you want to actually filter those hits from your site's bandwidth you'l need some extra filtering layer that filters traffic coming to your site.
