What is your average position in Google Search console?

My average is currently 85

Without taking into account the region I am targeting and without removing the keywords that I don't care about - it is 18.7 for the last three months.

In the 30s for my main site, but that's not a metric I'm much interested in. I'm more interested in the number of queries that send me traffic and the amount of traffic I'm generating. It's fun to look at, though.

Mine is 54.4 for last three months. But, yeah, not a very important metric when looking at the site as a whole.

28 here, but CTR is about 4.4% when we are in season as we are a sportsbook affiliate. I've been very bad at meta descriptions, so I'm planning that, but its alot of pages, but I can maybe write a script in php to grab things based on certain keywords in an array.

Since this is the GPWA, I voted in the poll based on the average position reported for the GPWA website.

Most of the sites I am involved with have an extremely broad range of keywords, and that appears to have a negative impact on average position, I think because it is hard to have a great position on a very large number of keywords. The site with the lowest average rank is focused on a particular niche, and seems to have a better average because of the relatively narrow keyword range. It also seems like it takes a while for a newly launched site with a lot of pages to work its way up.
