I've asked our bet365's affmanager but at the moment they don’t have any free play games available for the Casino.
I'm coming back with the results.

I agree that quotas (all quotas suck) and nco can be a pain, but the nco is a somewhat reasonable situation since as long as you make them money you will earn.
As far as I know I have not seen issue where affiliates have had issues getting paid by Bet365 that have not been resolved, so you should be ok if you test them.

Whose games are those?
Are they authorized by any affiliate program for use by affiliates?
Do they have embedded affiliate tags in them , or are they just framed out from a casino without authorization?
