Who is this www.casino-games-internet.com/ ?

He have the same words that are memorized on google and now I am penalized on google with the words "best online casinos" ?
( you check on google "best online casinos" the website www.onlinexcasinos.com is in 14th postions ).

the words are :

A guide to online casinos where you can get information about online casino games, casino softwares, online payment option, lates news about online casino

I have seen that this words are copied on other websites.

who help me ?

He have used in very submission of directories these sentence

These are the meta tags and keywords they're using. They don't match yours in the least....

These words are used as tag description in website Onlinexcasinos.com before 15-jan-2007.
And now I see that this website CASINO-GAMES-INTERNET(dot)COM is using these words in its homepage but not only :

these words are placed in many directories where there is the link of that homepage ( CASINO-GAMES-INTERNET(dot)COM ).

I wish that CASINO-GAMES-INTERNET(dot)COM cancell these words from its website.

I see the text you are referring to. It's in your description (meta tags), not actually published on your site. I'm not sure you have copyright protection on meta tag (description) text.

You may want to contact the owner and ask him/her to remove or reword the text since it is obviously copied directly from your tags. The grammatical errors make that clear.

You may also want to contact Google and ask them to look into it.

Perhaps someone else has other suggestions???

You simply don't have the domain over your favorite keywords. I realize it's frustrating to have your sites fall for your targeted keywords BUT you can't get mad at someone for using your same keyword terms.

You can however make sure that they don't plagerize your work. Even if they had the exact same keyword density you should not expect to have a "right".

Try to make a better site. increase your incoming links and provide unique quality content.

Also, Google may be fluctuating in the SERPS. That could also be a reason for you losing your SERP placement.

Also.. I want ALL MY COMPETITION TO STOP USING THE FOLLOWING TERMS: "casino, roulette, online".. thank you for your cooperation..

You make a good point. I would like to add to it by noting that Casino City was the first directory of land-based and online casinos. Thus I would request that ALL OF CASINO CITY'S COMPETITION PLEASE STOP CREATING ANY DIRECTORIES THAT INCLUDE LISTS OF LAND-BASED OR ONLINE CASINOS. WE WERE THERE FIRST. This www(dot)casino-games-internet(dot)com/ have used the same tag description of www.onlinexcasinos.com as text.
( It is not problem of keywords or of density of keywords ).

( to change the words is too hard but can He/she change almost the order of the words ? )

Can one copy the tag description of one website ? and there is not violation of the copyright ?

do you see in that website one section about casino softwares ? about online payment option ?

You are correct that what was done is a copyright violation. However, on a severity scale for copyright violations, this is a fairly weak violation. Further, the copyright violation could be corrected without significantly effecting search engine positioning, and thus the benefit to you of having the copyright violation corrected is likely to be fairly insignificant.

If I were you, I would probably decide to let the person who had taken my material know, and would request that they change it so that it was not infringing. But this would be a philosophical decision, and not a decision based on the economic return to me of spending my time doing so.

He/she have copied the meta description of onlinexcasinos.com in all the pages as text ( not only in homepage. ).

I repeat : her website don't have one section about payment and news......

I hope that he/she cancell soon, if no I am forced to ask the ban of that website.

That just made me laugh out loud quite literally...more so from the unexpected response by you Michael....well played

Help you..obv you and this person are in competition with each other. Having a casinos software guidelisted in their tags does not mean that they are copying you for better placement. They could be adding this section soon but is getting a jump start with their tags. Myself I am doing the same thing for the European market. I dont have my section complete as of yet but thats fine because I still want my site to rank for certain phrases.

Also to note that if by chance they did copy your tags...those tags are not the only thing that is giving them the position they have. There are many other factors in place. If it was that easy we would all rank quite well on tags alone. I would stop worrying about what you think they are doing and instead worry about what you are going to do to stay one step ahead.

I think your way off on this one. You cant expect someone to change their plan for their website because they are your compeitor and you are unhappy about them competing with you

My two cents anyway..could be wrong
