Could anyone suggest how to change/replace inbound links from http to https? May be any plugin or easy way? Or it will be done automatically and there is no need to worry about it?
Thanks.

If we are talking about WP and your internal links?! They should be changed automatically. You could check and adjust via https://wordpress.org/plugins/search-and-replace/
The inbound links are another question. If you use 301 properly, the link power will transmitted and no changes are needed.
Otherwise you could change the inbound link under your control manually, but i´m not a friend of edited back link structures.

My personal recommendation: World-Class Hosting with Kinsta.com

So do you mean that, in my case, adding a code in the .htaccess which redirect non www to www and http to https, will be enough to resolve the issue related with inbound links?
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^domain.com$ [NC]
RewriteRule (.*) https://www.domain.com/$1 [R=301,L]

Yes, but doing it with a Search & Replace plugin is better, because if you leave all your links (and, crucially, images) on http then you'll keep getting the mixed content error.
Do Search & Replace for all internal links,
do .htaccess redirection for all external links.

Thanks for your support, guys.
I did it yesterday and for now everything seems OK. I had an issue with Yoast sitemap, it was showing blank page, guess something went wrong during the process.
I disabled it, created new one with another plugin and resubmitted to Google(I hope it will not affect the rankings). Also take a look at Really Simple SSL plugin, it enable SSL with one click, replace http:// with https:// and was very useful for me.

It's the fifth day and Search Console shows only 7 indexed pages, no links and a couple of dozens search querries. I think it will take a few weeks the website to be crawled again totally. I have not noticed any changes on rankings and web traffic yet, hope if there are any changes, they'll be only positive.
You changed property adress in SC?
Asked for a "new" crawl?
Technically yes. Once the url is changed then all the old links will be pointing to url http//www.domain.com
So I think you need to get few new links for the new url .
