Just got this scam...

Dear Affiliate XXX,

If you wish to continue promoting William Hill Affiliates brands via your account please contact us via the email provided below within the next 14 days.

If we do not hear from you until then we will assume that you no longer wish to promote us, and 50% of any outstanding commission balance will be forfeited.

After 45 days from this notice, if we still have not heard from you, your William Hill Affiliates account will be suspended and the remaining commission balance will be cancelled.

To contact us in relation to this Inactive Account Notice, please email affiliates-support@williamhill.com and include in the subject line “Inactive Account Notice”. We will not accept any other method of communication.

Conclusion: if you don't bring them high profile players and they notice drop in numbers you will get the same surprise....

I'm going to tell them that I don't accept such an attitude, especially when I'm their very old affiliate. If they don't respect lifetime commission deal, and want me to provide more and more players to pay from my current players, I don't agree.

I went to one iGB Affiliate awards event, just for the experience. I will never go to another purely on principle. I can't support such bullshit and the people running these awards should be massively embarrassed.

Im so glad you said this. iGB and all the people around it is drip feed this bullshit to affiliates because they are paid well to do so to a certain degree. It is as simple as that.

Yes, that is what I said before. If you don't bring them more and more FTDs they find a reason to block your account. Forget about T&C, they don't respect it.

The case is they are violating the T&C, or they just happen to have predatory T&Cs?

In my case, they violated the terms and conditions, since the T&C say nothing about minimum FTD/NDC/REGS, etc. to benefit from previously referred customers (Rev Share Lifetime Deal).

Did you send them any players in the last couple of months? I'm curious to understand the exact grounds they closed your account as I've read about the ones with nothing going on before

It doesn't matter, since they have to respect their T&C that says nothing about it, just lifetime commission from all players referred.
Putting pressure in this way is unethical, moreover illegal! How can you force someone to do something if the contract does not provide for it?

Yes, I have referred some players, but they never deposited.
