    Default Winner/Nethive Affiliates

    I believe it is important to write here a few words about Winner/Nethive Affiliates. We work with them since 6 years together and the first years all worked really fantastic with them. We had a very close partnership but then the things changed. Their stuff changed from year to year and since January 2017 when they have changed the poker manager all is a full disaster.

    -Missing Payment for already 2 months. Every week new excuses or no answer at all
    -Players get paid constantly to late
    -To get an answer by email impossible since two months. You can resend the email also 10 times and it does not help.
    -To get an short answer by skype also nearly impossible Only if you write many many times a week and the it is also not really helpful.

    It is very sad what happend with Winner/Nethive Affiliates ):

    They stole $1200 from me recently claiming I had been paid it previously then claiming it was NCO although their stats do not show this!

    I have dropped them completely now and told them to close both the Winner & Europartner affiliate account. I refuse to work with thieves and have cut my losses.

    Hi again,

    even if it does not help i should update this thread and report some more details. We still wait for a small payment since January 2017(442$). We complaint it already 7-8 times by email and skype and all the time there was a new excuse as you can see in the skype chat below. And now we have recieved also for February arround 400$ to less with the normal payouts.

    I changed the name for the moment because i respect private datas. But if this is not sorted out soon i will change my mind and write all names. This new guy at Winner is the worst manager i ever saw in 10 years. There was also few other things to sort out and he was not able to do this even after million times of asking not.

    Thanks god someone we know from the past take care now about our account and he sorted all stuff in 10min out, except of the issue with the missing money. But i hope all will be fine and that he can also sort this out finaly that we recieve our money. It is not a big money. All together arround 800$ but that is money too.

    We are still ready to promote them and push the traffic because we work since years together and all worked almost always very good in the last years. Just since January 2017 when they changed some people internal it is a disaster.

    Here the funny communication about the missing payment:

    Chat Nr1(31.01.2017) The first time i have complaint it on the 02th January by email. Because it was from December 2016

    [31.01.2017 12:39:37] We: Sorry to write you again. But did you check my email and add the missing amount to the next payouts? It was not nice to recieve this month to less so i want to make sure that next month all works fine And then we can maybe talk about it to bring more traffic if you have 10min in the next days for a short chat

    [31.01.2017 16:15:32] Winner: Hi, How are you? We are talking about the $442 that you sent me by email right?

    We have already mentioned 2 years ago and listed them as not recommendable.

    We experienced the same bad communication and promises which you are now reported here.

    They always representing big on conferences but behind it shows other.

    Good luck Jambo and hope you can make finally a hook behind this bad program.

    Got them blacklisted some time already. Because of this kind of behaviour. This is not the behaviour I want to be associated with.

    No, its not. Even not after a mexos update.

    I tried to change payment options via message system at 3th. June 2015
    After several try´s via email and Skype i got message end of December 2015
    Unfortunately, this very responsive AM changed the position.

    I heard about it that some other affiliates had problems in the past yes. For us all worked almost always fine since many year. In December 2016 the problems started and what happent till today is really a joke. We have recieved a new promise that the we recieve all debts till the end of march. Unfortunately we heard this already 5-6 times but lets think positive and hope the best.

    The only thing what i do not understand is why such a drama. We work only with rev share deals and never CPA. We are still ready to bring them more traffic because the brands are good to promote..... It is so simple to make a skrill or neteller transfer and this case could be already solved weeks/months ago and everybody whould earn more money.

    My colleauges asked them where is the problem to make a simple skrill transfer. As expected no answer for this question and just ignored.

    The positive thing what i already wrote is that someone else is taking care now about our account and i really believe he sort it out. He Also sorted some small stuff in 10min out. The guy before was even not able to do it in 1month.

    The wonder happend I just recieved the information that we got finaly paid. Seems our patient was helpful. Will see how it works in future.

    Hello! I noticed this conversation but maybe too late. I started working on Winner.com / netHive a couple of months ago. Everything worked well, but now that I have not received any money from the payroll time. It's about 6,000 € and the answers are always that the payments have been approved. Did you ever get your money away from it?

    Yes we have received the money. And i the last months it worked really fine and all payments arrived in time. We think about it to push them again more.

    The problem ist just that they have such a big mess and it is so hard to reach someone. it takes sometimes many days to solve a simple thing.

    Still waiting for a few bucks. They told me once my account was frozen. I don't see any efforts from their side to pay outstanding commission.

    I dropped them quite a while ago, unfortunately this industry is full of unprofessional companies and Winner is among the worst of them.

    I've always wondered why Affiliates with Mexos software track so bad compared to Netrefer and Income Access.
