WordPress Poker Theme

Hi! Can you please post here what are the problems with the Theme?

I'm trying my best to reply to all Support requests and emails.

If the Theme has any problems then I can definitely fix them. Just list here what are the problems with the Theme.

I'm writing again here because I want to be open with the community here. There are at least 120 sales for Poka v2 Theme. Some of them came because of my Post here. The rest was from just organic results and other forums.

Just because someone is unsatisfied with the Theme doesn't mean that is has "problems" and "issues".

It's normal for the Theme to have a few bugs and that's why we are releasing new versions. We're also going to release a big version update when WordPress 5 comes out. No extra charge for our clients.

You can check our Support section and see how we're trying to resolve all the issues and even build new features upon request.

We are NOT charging for the Theme yearly (everybody else does) and we are NOT charging for the Theme per Domain.

I'm trying to be open here because things like that are effecting our product.

If any customer is having a problem with the Theme, they can email me straight to my email or even PM me here.

I'm also replying every day to at least 10 emails regarding general WordPress support questions like:

1) How can I translate this and that...

2) How can I use this or that plugin together with your Theme...

3) How can I change Permalinks to this or that...

4) How can I customise the Header to look like this or that...

I try to reply to everyone just because I like WordPress and I try to help my clients. I'm not charging anyone for support and if this was another service like ThemeForest, nobody would bother to reply to those questions.

Just to sum up, I think it's not fair to write general comments like "the theme is not working". We worked very hard (and still do) for this Theme.

To be fair to Enzoo (respected member) he has remarked that your support was friendly but after details were given he heard nothing back. Might just have been an oversight by your support staff, but I think it would only be reasonable to bring the issue up here as you are active here and something could be done. The wording could have been different but I have been where he is and it is frustrating.

I have bought themes from Themeforest but always go for ones that have a solid reputation and a support system. There are many themes on there where the sales are low and guess what support disappears.

Like I have stated I like your theme and it could work very well for a new project and I was going to ask if the 50% was still in place.

If it's my mistake or a communication mistake then I can gladly apologise to Enzoo and help him with anything he wants.

I've purchased the theme. Not had chance to have a proper play with it but it looks easy enough to use and the questions I did have were answered helpfully and quickly.

I did suggest a showcase page on the site like flytonic do so hopefully some memeber can get their site on there.

If you want to Sort, let's say, 10 Casinos, you add them on a specific Category and then you choose "title" for Sorting. Then you can drag-drop the Rows on this Category anyway you like and they will appear with this specific order.
