I did post in their forum where they do support. My question is one week old without answer and 7 hour ago they answer to someone else so i guess they do not know how I change size of the font and make the meny smaller.

I just post it on upworks and hope to get help from there or remove this there completely.

I am sorry you are experiencing a delay in support, but it is possible he accidentally missed your original request for help, and subsequent visits your post will not show as new.

Hi everybody. I'm sorry for the delay. For the past 3 weeks we're doing a lot of custom Casino themes based on PokaTheme. I replied to all the support tickets, PMs and emails.

My honest opinion is that this theme is ok for for maybe tire 3 site. There is to much custom work that is needed to make it a converting tire 2 or 1.

All options they offer for design make it so the logo and meaningless images is visible above the fold, so customers have to scroll down to be able to get to offers or selling text. Al they can see is top 1-3 results from the toplist. comparing with UX thats just bad. Maybe demo 3 can work, but this is done to look good on desktop, not to convert. I have tried heat map and the result is disastrous. Even A/B test on one site with traffic just for fun, and bounce rate was really high on this theme.

But if you invest in a designer and someone that can redo the site, because the review thing is good. I wish they only sold the review plug in, that would be great!


I have only made this test for Swedish market. Great theme for tire 3 and down sites, but not for tire 2 and definitely not for tire one and flag ship.

I will try to update you here about PokaTheme, because in the next couple of months, we will publish new Themes, an Affiliate/Review Plugin, a very cool GEO Plugin, a Game Review plugin and many more.

What I'm trying to do is make our coder team bigger by hiring and training more developers. As many of you know, we have PSDgator.com as well, which is our main online business.

Hi everybody! I hope you're enjoying PokaTheme. Here is a March/2019 update. We're working on the following:

1) New PokaTheme (v3): This new version will include some new features, a better Rating system, AMP template updates, and more. Existing clients (v2) will be able to update for this version for free!

2) New Child Themes: We're working on three new Child Themes. Those Themes will need PokaTheme as a parent Theme of course. We're doing a Sports Theme, Forex Theme and a new Casino Theme.

A lot of things are coming in the next couple of months. We want to release all that before June/2019.

For the past 12 months we were very busy mainly building bespoke Affiliate Themes. Also we're trying to do our best with support. As PokaTheme grows, same happens to the Support Tickets.

I can tell you have a great deal of work into this design.

I took a look around your site, but I could not find a link to the license this theme is sold under.

Does a one-time purchase give the buyer the rights to use this theme on multiple sites and domains? Or is it a per server or Enterprise type license and can be used anywhere by a single owner?

Obviously you must have license terms defined somewhere that state it can not be resold etc, but I couldn't seem to find them.

Also, when someone buys the Theme, you need to accept those Terms as well.

You only need to buy the Theme one time. No recurring payments. Also the License is lifetime, with lifetime updates.

Now I've just purchased and installed the Theme. Having problem with saving font colors, or making any visual changes via theme settings, such as Font Family, etc... For some reason it's not saving my changes.

A very good theme, but some options are not working as they should and support is really slow. Usually takes at least a couple of weeks for them to reply.

At first impression a nice one. But I'm finally done with. I thought I give it a second try after my first mixed experience a year ago but running from one trouble or question into the next. No support answer for two weeks now. Actually, I'm not the guy who makes the same mistake twice ...

The theme is really great. I use it at www.spielbankenblog.com.

I had no support inquiries yet, so I can't comment on that part.

But I like that it has a very good code quality (unlike many themes in the gambling space that are coded more "quick and dirty") and it is not bloated with huge css and js files.
