Wordpress sticky ad plugin?

Does anyone know of any Wordpress plugins for a sticky ad that will remain in place as the user scrolls? I've searched around and keep getting wrong search results, so maybe there is a name for it?

I want an ad, or text or my own image to stretch across the length of the screen.

I was looking for the same thing this week! I found one that works perfectly and has nice features:

There's a live example on their site but if you want to see the sticky option live (where the bar remains on top when you scroll), you can PM and I'll show you how it looks on my site

Edit: Oops just noticed you mentioned you want it to stretch across the length. That one remains on top so I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for.
