Same here. I used to pull crazy marathons with sleepless nights only to learn that the productivity was nowhere near as good compared to having breaks at a higher frequency.

Sure mate, we should meet up and play a few sets sometime, we've got some good tennis courts here, both indoor and outdoor. Unfortunately due to the pandemic some of them have closed permanently, but we can still find a good place to play.

WillFairfax McEnroe vs Chaumi Borg Commemorative match NFTs on sale from around mid April. Sadly I suspect there will be only two takers!

    LOL

Perhaps an intra-GPWA global tournament would attract more widespread interest. The organization of such an event may be a challenge though.

I also have exercise equipment in my house.

Great place to hang shirts or other items when the closet seems too far away.

I always remember back (what 5 maybe 6 years ago) when the Whizz thread was running you saying it was taking day in, day out effort and time. Probably the main takeway that stuck with me at the time and even now. And it's an example that's always good to use if talking to anyone new that needs to appreciate the effort involved and where it can lead.

That was a huge effort on Whizz that paid off, I regularly see pages when searching/researching.

Fair play if you are still maintaining that intensity. Although I suspect the other sites/projects are involved too.

...and only eat till 80% full? Or do you think the food preparation is more important than quantity? Or both combined? Green tea/tea rituals?

I'll exercise after I've eaten my fill!
I have a running machine, so I run without fail.

I often refresh myself with a cup of green tea!

For real. Nothing says excessive like excess, and I'm all about putting in tons of hours, but it's just not as effective to do it without breaks planned out to switch contexts and chill.

I think the balance line is different for each person.
To be honest I don't have time for anything at the moment but I think I feel better than when I had more time for hobbies etc.

I am raising a 2 year old son and it is a full time job. I get up at 4:30 in the morning to clean up after yesterday and prepare laundry for the little one, etc. At 6:15 we go to the nursery. Then straight from the nursery I go to work where I do not take breaks to finish what I have to do before the end of the day. When I fail, I go to work with my son to finish and then it is difficult to combine work and watching the child, although I must admit that my son seems to be starting to help me and is very happy about it. Then we come home, bathe the baby, eat, dry the laundry, etc.

One weekend every two months, sometimes every month the child's mother comes back from abroad and takes her son for 2-3 days and then I have time off, I get some sleep.

Before going to bed I try to devote my time to writing articles for my bookmaking website which is not yet published.

And to be honest I'm happier than when I had a lot of free time. My only worry is that I don't earn much at work and I often can't buy the right things for my child. I didn't know before that children are so expensive hahahah. This situation also forces you to be creative, I've always been interested in the Internet industry, I read and educated myself, but I learned most recently where I spend little time on it but effectively.
Currently I'm looking for new work in this industry, I can write translate and I can some technical issues. I already had my own website years ago with success but I got rid of it after the radicalization of the law in the country. When I find one I will give up my current one and I think I will be very productive.

I think that many pathologies are caused by too much free time, people who work long hours don't have time for "stupid things".
