WPT Partners: New Minimum Payment Threshold

Please note that as of March 1 2023 the minimum withdrawal amount from https://wptpartners.com/ will move to 500 USD. Any commissions below the threshold will be rolled over to the next month.
The February 2023 commissions will still be processed at the current settings.

Just another stalling tactic, so as to not payout any owing affiliates commissions!

While I personally agree that the $500 threshold is a bit steep, higher minimums is something that US based affiliates have been dealing with since 2006.

The only choices affiliates have in these cases is try and find trusted programs with terms more suitable to what you are looking for, or adjust exposure for such programs as needed up or down to compensate.

Sometimes the higher minimums result in less exposure for brands.

Agree. And, just as affiliates will make their adjustments to compensate, programs will also need to assess whether these changes (with their consequences, such as loss of affiliates and less exposure) bring them more profit than their previous terms.
