Criminals shouldn't be even allowed to enter the room as visitor. They should be treated the way they act: like outcasts. On the short term, they might bring in some fee, because they have to spend some marketing budgets and they can't work anymore with serious affiliate sites. But on the long run, they're just destroying the industry.

Like 888. Their crap with self-exclusion is hurting the whole industry. The negative media attention is for a big part because of their crap.

I am sure, that again no one from this proven criminals will be at BAC in person, because they would be arrested by German police.

And of course, after everyone in this industry knows, that they are part of a worldwide operating criminal organisation, they cannot show their face anymore.

And regarding the Buffalo lunch and smoothie, this is that sort of food, thats sticks in the spectator's throat, because who want to eat from a stand that was opened by scumbags?

As long as such programs like the Buffalo Crime Family have entrance to BAC, I declare this conference disgusting and a shameful blot, and if the ordinary German people would know, what kind of criminals are allowed to be sponsor there, there would be huge uprise and they would chase you all away from BAC, from our soil, because hackers, their accomplices and also tolerators are not welcome here in my country.

"All of sessions at BAC will have an audio recording"

Hopefully, with the knowledge and agreement of all parties, because otherwise that's a crime here in Germany (German Criminal Code Section 201 (Violation of the privacy of the spoken word)).

Germany is no banana republic. You have to follow our rules, when you are guests here, so as we follow your rules, when we are guests in your country.

    Hey There,

Shona is busy travelling right now to the social event we are hosting in Tel Aviv so responding in her absence.

On the Buffalo criminal organisation - If this is true and there is clear evidence then of course we would not be taking their business so please send me the information and I will investigate - I am travelling a lot over the next 10 days so will probably miss forum posts so please mail alex@igamingbusiness.com

We don't take business from a number of programs so please don't assume we take business from everyone but I do stand firm that I have to see evidence which I hope you appreciate

And yes of course with all audio recordings we get permission - This standard across all of our events for the last 10 years and we always respect what the speaker wants

"On the Buffalo criminal organisation - If this is true and there is clear evidence then of course we would not be taking their business so please send me the information and I will investigate"

There is no "if this is true" nothing to "investigate", because It's a proven fact since a very long time.
Also there is no email needed, because everything, also all evidence, is public.

If some would care more about decency instead of money only, then I don't have to invest so much of my lifetime and write long posts in the late evening.

    You can find everything here:

    https://www.gpwa.org/forum/heavily-i...rs-223649.html

    https://www.gpwa.org/forum/buffalo-p...ed-231329.html

And if your words are not only empty phrases, then I will never see again a Buffalo stand in the coming conferences ever.

And everyone, who knows me, should not forget, that beginning with this post I will not put my eyes away from this matter, also regarding your appearance here.

If Buffalo will not vanish from BAC, I have among other things no other choice than to write to the Major of Berlin and also to the Senator of the Interior.

The same with other conferences, that are under your control.

I wish banks would operate the way you guys do. Everyone's reputation and background is clean, UNTIL, someone from somewhere, somehow tips them off that the given company is shady.

If you guys REALLY choose what kind of sponsors you get, then you'd be doing background checks on your own, instead of waiting for all 'evidence' to be delivered to you. And even if it is, then it's up to YOU to decide whether that evidence is good or not.

I think Bwin has been suspended here before I even got in the industry some 8 years ago, but they still come and spend big on these venues. That's just one example, there's plenty more.

My question is, if fellow webmasters are the commodity you are "trading" to your exhibitors, why does the commodity have to supply you with facts and evidence for you to check your own sponsors. If average Joe affiliate, small affiliates and even big affiliates can scan the forum and read about it, why can the almighty super affiliate do?

Btw in the states, when a cop pulls you over and you use your "I'm not from around here" card, they tell you that "Ignorance is not an excuse".

I will be at Sigma only this year, if you have never been I can highly recommend! As far as BAC, the only reason I cannot go is due to travel conflicts. LAC will be my next conference. I will say I do not think it is fair to call out Alex personally on this matter, he did say he would look into this and press it to his bosses. The meme you made is also not nice. I think being professional will get you further then roasting someone for not being able to be in this forum 24/7. Maybe Alex briefly came on and did not have time to respond, after the meme you created I don't blame him for not coming back.

There is a small problem with your argumentation, and my forum colleague xecutable have described the crux of the matter:

The Bwin scandal is a textbook example of the hypocrisy of IGB Affiliates, and for something like that one must live with satire. After the Bwin suckers were terminated here on GPWA, Alex in person and no else played a big shilly-shally show, and at the end the dirty money of Bwin was stronger than ethical standards.

Here are the excuses of IGB Affiliate Alex during the Bwin scandal, the reason why they still took Bwin's money for a booth:

I think it is incredibly patronising to think we have "lost puppies" walking round signing up with whoever exhibits without checking terms or details of the program
But there is an interesting add-on, that clearly says, if a program is "real rouge" and is stealing players, then there is quasi no place for a booth. From the legal view, every player, which is generated through hacking, is a stolen player. Buffalo proven has stolen thousands of players. So after writing his own words, how can he justify a Buffalo booth?:

Secondly I don't think we should police who exhibits to a degree, i.e. we wouldn't let the real rogues in that are genuinely and very obviously stealing players or aren't paying affiliates, but we will work with programs that some people don't like and others do which is in fact very common, just look at amount of hate and love threads across this forum for various programs.
    Exactly.
    He can't.

Or he dares to say, that Buffalo is not "real rogue"!
This would mean, that the GPWA officials, who terminated the sponsorship exactly due to this reason, are complete idiots and liars, also the owners of Schools, Kindergarten, hospitals and old people homes, the victims of the Buffalo Hacking Connection.
And i can confirm, the officials of GPWA and the victims, they are no idiots and no liars. No, they are the opposite of it, and IGB Affiliate had 7 days to act like a professional. There is no excuse to delay action when crime is the reason to act. They all have mobile phones and emails.

Again: Sigma does care about ethical standards.
IGB Affiliates does not. They are only interested in the money.

Or do you believe, it was a highlight, that AffPower, the other criminal organisation, was able to place with Fernanda a mole judge into IGB Affiliate?
Either ignorance or incompetence of IGB Affiliate.
    No other option.

The leading figure of the AffPower Crime Family is still listed at IGB Affiliates with a wonderful personal promotion page: http://www.igbaffiliate.com/speakers/fernanda-carrascal

    Professional, right?

This year SiGMA will live stream four conferences on its Facebook page.

    1. Daily Fantasy Sport Conf
    2. Affiliates and CMOs Conf
    3. Regulatory Conf
    4. Blockchain & Disruptive Tech Conf

The show received overwhelming feedback this year with some 300 sponsors and exhibitors; hosting 1,000 VIPs; flights, show pass and networking dinners covered.

Look forward to this year's edition: 22-25th November.

You are right re last year.

This year the likes of Coral/Ladbrokes, Bet365, Pokerstars and others are exhibiting too, totaling around 300 sponsors and exhibitors. The new venue is a proper expo hall, which we're dressing up with free-for all restaurants, bars and lounges, to create that igaming village feel.

If I may, without spamming with links, the site contains a wealth of info, from delegate sample, floor plan, speakers and conference topics, networking drinks, dinners schedule and the popular startup pitch, which this year is anticipating some 80-100 startups.

I attend usually conferences, but I agree with above comments. Usually, you see big booths, manned by notorious rogue programs (10bet, 888, WH) and a lot of smaller booths, many times manned by kamikaze programs like IGT, Condor... They are very active for a while and after that, it seems they remain with an empty wallet.

I guess the implosion of binary will also have some impact on these conferences. At BAC for example, last year, were quite some binary booths.

For me, it's a good way to meet colleagues and to meet programs I am working with in person. I also walk at the floor a bit, but rarely I make there the decision to suddenly work with one of the programs having a booth. The increase of the number of events unfortunately doesn't seem to improve the quality...
Thank you for the feedback. So far SiGMA has never had any binary-related bookings for booths. The intention is to keep the focus on gaming; affiliates, operators and vendors.

    Hi Leopold,

I haven't forgotten and am looking into this - As I say though this would be much easier if we could chat on email... I just find it so hard to get back here all the time and follow all the posts when I am so busy at the moment... Please understand this doesn't mean I don't think this serious I just have a lot of businesses to run and it takes a lot of time..... and it doesn't mean I want it buried, you are welcome to copy and paste my emails.... Its just that I want to deal with this properly and its tough doing it in a forum and going back and forth.

Anyway - Can I ask a question without you biting my head off or making another meme? I find it hard to get my head around the links you sent as they go on for pages... But I am struggling to see how they are a crime family?? Where is the information that backs this up, or indeed that they are criminals. From what I can see they have an affiliate that is committing illegal acts through hacking.... They canceled the affiliate account but the affiliate created a new account and because they can't prove they have cancelled that one then they are seen as compliant with that affiliate?

Is that correct or am I missing something? Thanks for your help
