    Default 1 Year Left...

    I think it is worth noting the Bush presidency is down to 1 year. Inauguration of the next president - whoever that might be - will be sworn in Jan 20, 2009.

    Countdown to the next US President:<script language="JavaScript">
    TargetDate = "1/20/2009 12:00 AM";
    BackColor = "white";
    ForeColor = "navy";
    CountActive = true;
    CountStepper = -1;
    DisplayFormat = "%%D%% Days, %%H%% Hours, %%M%% Minutes, %%S%% Seconds.";
    FinishMessage = "I'd Thank God, but I had Enough Talk of God During the Bush Year's!";
    </script>
    <script language="JavaScript" src="http://www.wagering-sports.com/includes/countdown.js"></script>

    I just hope the next president from whichever party, can start putting sensible policies into place rather than the reactionary "if I don't like it, lets make it illegal"

    (BTW: Remember it is a leap year, which is why it would seem a day off)

    Same here! That number of days amounts to about 13 years. Let's hope that George Dubya is gone before then!

    Hrmmm... The counter says 365 days and a few hours for me... I suspect it is a regional issue - I use MM/DD/YYYY and many of you use DD/MM/YYYY... Gotta love client side apps.

    4700 days - if Bush could make that a law by executive privilege, he would!

    I apologize about the counter... But fact is - 1 year from today there will be a new US president.

    My counter also shows 365 days. I am in Germany. Who knows what Mr. Bush is going to do in this long long time. The worst is that the USA has become a 'No Go' country for me for maybe years to come. And then I would be perhaps too old to travel.

    The counter runs well here as well.... based in Sweden.
    Only thing to complain about is that the seconds ticks away to slowly

    Timer is running the scary numbers for me, I am in the US. Comforting thought though that one year from yesterday the pain will be over, or a least the next "great one" will emerge.

    Thumbs up

    Timer working fine for me matted located in Canada. I wonder if the GPWA or yourself would agree to add this feature to the login page.

    It would be a excellent addition considering what the Bush Admin has put us through.

    I've got it on my "corporate" homepage (which in itself needs an update)

    Bizarrely, the cognitive powers version of the counter works correctly for me in the same browser (IE and FF), but the original one still shows 4700 days.
