If it did, it's not my business, because if I do a mistake when i´m betting, the bookmaker will not give me the money back.

But, when you have others posting (who are not new members) about identical non-payment of winnings and other roguish activities, then it's time to investigating these claims about this GPWA Platinum Sponsor.

Many others player complaints found by doing a quick Google search. It's time this sponsor was investigated, and if it's found to be a clip joint, then cancel their sponsorship. Doing anything else other that this, and allowing this sponsor to continue to abuse (steal from) players, is imo highly unethical.
