Affiliates - nobody received payment for july
PLayers - waiting weks on cashout
Managers - Luciano Sirmo didnt answer nnobody on emails , on skype just disaperaing when you want ask him
Managers Guille and Svensson - didnt answered from 1 month
Rake races etc - they didnt pay players .
Merge - never answered on Bonitas questions !!!
They paid me today. And I got ahold of customer support as well this morning through live chat. Looks like they're picking up thier efforts. I'm happy I got paid![]()
They didnt pay me and 99% affiliates didnt receive their money.
Only Luciano Sirmo have fun from it
They finally got live chat back up and the person doesn't even know what they are talking about. I got 9th place for the Rake race and I see that the tournament (plus the one for July) popped up but I can't join. I got a hold of live chat and asked why and they keep asking me what tournament i won the seat in (and couldn't seem to grasp the concept of a monthly top 10). Now they're supposed to email me with an answer LOL. Did they pay the 99% of pissed off affiliates yet? Anyways if you guys are still having a hard time getting a hold of support live chat is back up. I'll let you guys know how the rake race thing goes.

Today i sent an email to Merge Network about 365Bonitas - i hope i will receive my commission
Merge didnt replay on my 3 emails about Bonitas - its look that Merge gaming cheating too
Dear Merge and 365Bonitas - i will not give up - i didnt receive commissions for july and august , i didnt receive even one email from Bonitas managers - its all after 12 months of promoting that room.
Earlier Bonitas was sending commisssion every 10th - now they dissapeared
Conclusion
I will replace all merge rooms because EVERY MERGE ROOM can dissapear and not pay commission.
Am i wrong ? prove it !
One bad apple does not spoil the bunch. I enjoy on time payments from ChipSplit (Aced, Carbon, PDC), PokerNordica, Spin32 and they all use merge backends.
BigBet is great too and they use NetRefer backend + they pay direct to my eWallet or check (unlike the Merge processed that go to player account).
PokerHost is usually the first of my Merge brands to pay every month and again, I never chased a payment. They use their own aff. software, reporting is poor but I can rely on 1st of the month payments!
Been with all the above for a right long time and NEVER had to chase a payment. 365Bonitas has had a bad rep for a good while now from what I have seen, one of the reasons I stayed away from them.

I do agree with you Chips. One cannot judge a all apples by the look of one or even a few.
BigBetPoker use Merge solely for the player client. All other activities are in-house. So payment, support, sales, etc. Therefore, Bigbetpoker is highly recommended to anyone who wants to promote a solid poker room backed by sports and casino operator.

bonitas is not responding to any emails.. i tried it many times.
BUT user Lucho (Luciano: gpwa.org/forum/597266-post8.html) helped me in this matter and i got my money into neteller account.
Last contact was on ocobert 29th , sent 3 messages to affiliates and ls@xx since and they didn't get back to me . Also they told me to use affiliates@xx instead of aff@xx which gives a 550 no user error .

Are this people from 365bonitas above God ? Nobody can hold them accountable for not paying ? They can do whatever they want with our money ? Is there a site where I can make a complaint regarding the fact that I didn't receive my money ? In my affiliate account their contact email is support at 365bonitas.com ,but when I told them to solve the problem regarding the fact that I didn't receive my money they told me to contact my affiliate manager !?!?!
