Ace Revenue Delay in payments/response (RESOLVED)

Hi everyone,

I noticed that they (Ace Revenue) seem to be behind in payments again and went to chase them up but noticed I have a new AM now -- Peter - as per my affiliate account when logged in. I have tried to make contact both via email and Skype but no response.

They currently owe a few months (last payment was in late April - so for earnings up to the end of March but I'm now owed April, May and June.

This seems to happen a couple of times per year for no apparent reason - they just stop paying and wait to be chased up (it's quite tedious).

Hopefully they will respond now that I've posted on GPWA but we will see!

Would be interested to know if anyone has a working contact and also when others most recently received their payments.

I stopped working with them over a year ago, after I had to send multiple emails in order to get paid.

I guess they must be in trouble financially if they're getting to the point where they are MONTHS behind.

I've received a couple of Private Messages from other members who have previously been asked not to post on GPWA when there are payment issues AS I WAS ALSO. I agreed to this on the basis - there shouldn't be any OR if there were that I was responded to in a timely manner.

The thing that irritates most is that they don't give any advance warning of non-payment -- I think they just stop and wait to see who doesn't notice or maybe they're hoping some of us have moved on!

I've still not heard anything back and frankly had enough of the time I'm having to waste chasing up money from a "Silver Sponsor" affiliate program.

I hate posting this negativity about your group as I'm sure you do --- so how about bucking up your ideas and communicating with your affiliate partners?

This group have certainly had enough "strikes" about having to be chased-up on payments AND lack of communication.

There's NEVER any apology - always someone else's fault and they do not seem to respect the fact that these posts wouldn't need to be made if they kept to their side of the deal and how their website says ...

I've sent another request for payment via their website form today with 24 hours notice that I'll be pulling everything permanently from this group if I don't at least get a reply!

I hope those that messaged me get sorted - perhaps as you've not posted - you will and I won't - but think about it - they should just pay anyway without all this chasing up!

I have had Steve contact me now and the issue was apparently my payment method (which I was not made aware of until now). There is an alternative method chosen and they have the information they need to proceed and now we will see what happens. I will update here when I hear of progress.

Well, I was hoping to have this resolved already but I was told I'd have it in the next pay-run (after 15th July). So, at that point I hope to receive the full 3 months now owing (currently just 2 months behind) but I find it worrying that it will take so long, surely it would be better to at least catch-up the past 2 months and then move forward with the "regular" process.

Anyway, I'll leave this open until the matter is resolved.

Just a quick update. I did receive some money via Bitcoin on 17th July. I'm not completely sure exactly how much was sent (due to bitcoin exchange rate fluctuations) but I think it covered what I was owed on Ace Revenue...

It's a shame that there is no statement showing payment history on this program! It would be much easier to reconcile what has been paid and what has not!

Anyway, for the moment - this is resolved - let's see what happens with August.

You can check the amount at the time of payment - just view the transaction on blockchain and go with mouse over and you will see the amount in USD.

Thanks MMM -- I worked out what it was worth at the time I looked at the transaction but still wasn't sure how the amount sent was calculated (i.e. from just one program / for which months) as the same guy looks after a few different affiliate programs.

What I really would prefer is something on the affiliate program (like many of them do) that has a statement showing how it was paid and when (even if it just said 'bitcoin' or something else) - so that I know what they believe they have paid and what date so I can reconcile these.

Some other programs for example send a confirmation of what they've sent and when.

Anyways hopefully I'll hear back today about their other programs.

Same here. I'm signed up with them but have never promoted for a few reasons, including late payment reports.

Are affiliates still being paid late or has Ace Revenue got this under control now?

May not be when you expect it but they pay and let you know why if its going to be late

They're good people to work with and they always pay on time, FictionNet. They also have excellent casinos for players to choose from along with an extensive list of great games.

Yes. This is a *bit* more like my experience but they have been behind 3+ months at least twice in the past few years and did not tell me it was going to be late until I got in contact with them (and sometimes only had a reply after posting here).

vtyunby65 - you saying "they always pay on time" - I can't really agree with you because of my previous experiences.

Now I need to submit a new crypto address every month and understand that. Apparently my emails (sent to 3 different addresses) never arrived (inconvenient or just coincidental of course). They tried to contact me on Skype whilst I was on holiday so I'm now a month behind so we will see what happens next month.

In other programs (e.g. Betting Partners groups) we submit this new one in our affiliate program and they have not missed a payment for me (apart from when I hadn't updated it - which is of course my fault). Perhaps they can adopt something like that so that emails don't get "lost".

They are good to promote if you're OK to be patient with payments occasionally.

Facts are that performance wise the brands have always been one of the best converting out there for the offshore US market.

So the choice essentially becomes about whether your cash flow can stand the periodical payment delays to make the most out of the conversion benefits of working with their brands.

CPC and CPA I would be giving traffic away, My players are worth so much more and certain countries that find good brands stick, unlike other markets, brands with call centers and multi platforms do tend to have best value in comms
