Titan Poker have blocked my account (TTR155012202) and $550 withdrawable funds in it accusing me of "irregular betting patterns against poker screen name XXXXXXX in 3 poker hands" at the end of March 2013.
Since then I`ve had various emails with them, but they did not agree to re-open my account and let me play as usual, and neither to keep my account closed and to pay my $550 remaining balance. (the only options I see fair to be applied)
All I could manage to get from them was last week when they finally agreed to provide me with these 3 poker hand logs of which I am accused of "irregular betting patterns" in order to have them reviewed by a third party not hired by iPoker, Titan or Playtech.
- I am going to attach these hand logs here in this thread.
Initially I did not remembered anything about player screen name XXXXXXX. - Now after seeing these hand logs and time order registered, I vaguely remember something (meaning I believe I can explain pretty accurate why I played how I played in these 3 hands) but I still do not remember if I won or if I lost in that session. All I am able to see is that I have lost $45 to player XXXXXXX in these 3 hands.
h1
h2
h3
And I am going to explain now what I was thinking in these 3 hands:
- in hand "h1" I was trying to bluff my opponent out of a big pot (probably a very bad bluff and a hand I should fold in the first place before flop - but actually i play these types of hands sometimes and specially when in head to head situations) , and after the turn card realized that he will not fold and so folded myself.
- in hand "h2" I decided to check/call his minimum bets all the way to see if not somehow he was bluffing me with thin air (I do these type of plays usually when in head to head and my opponent keeps betting all the time pre and post flop)
Btw, this was a Limit Hold`em game of $5/$10 blinds as the description shows.
- in hand "h3" I see nothing to explain, I did as I usually do in heads up play called a raise with Q7 of hearts, hit on pair and flush draw and played aggressive
PS: I also have told them that I am only a poker beginner (intermediate maybe?) and that I always play as my heart dictates me, which means at different times might do different decisions given I have all the same details like same cards, same seats, same bets same levels, maybe even playing against same people. This way I was lucky at Titan Poker tables and upped my balance to more than $850 playing at $2/$4 no limit hold`em heads up games with various people in the last month when I did played there.
I even have a picture with my balance when it was $862 - I intended to up my balance at $1200 and to cash out $1000 but unfortunately in the last while I was unlucky and my balance went down to ~$550 when they closed my account.
What I am thinking to do is to try and get your help to determine Titan Poker to open my account and let me play there as usual, or at least to make them pay my remaining balance to my verified Moneybookers account. (I never withdrawn any money from there, but they have all my personal and address proof documents which were already approved as I always send these documents long before I try to ask for any cash out)
If I will not be successful with this, I am thinking at posting these hand logs to some poker forums and expose my experience with Titan Poker around poker communities so they can see how ridiculously Titan poker (try to) stole my money.
I believe that some experienced poker players can analyze this whole scenario and hands in a fair manner ? - I can`t believe Titan poker can actually void players money at will !
Note, there was no bonus involved ! All hard cold cash, they might even confirm this.
