Exclamation Titan Poker dispute - please read and advice !

Titan Poker have blocked my account (TTR155012202) and $550 withdrawable funds in it accusing me of "irregular betting patterns against poker screen name XXXXXXX in 3 poker hands" at the end of March 2013.

Since then I`ve had various emails with them, but they did not agree to re-open my account and let me play as usual, and neither to keep my account closed and to pay my $550 remaining balance. (the only options I see fair to be applied)

All I could manage to get from them was last week when they finally agreed to provide me with these 3 poker hand logs of which I am accused of "irregular betting patterns" in order to have them reviewed by a third party not hired by iPoker, Titan or Playtech.

    - I am going to attach these hand logs here in this thread.

Initially I did not remembered anything about player screen name XXXXXXX. - Now after seeing these hand logs and time order registered, I vaguely remember something (meaning I believe I can explain pretty accurate why I played how I played in these 3 hands) but I still do not remember if I won or if I lost in that session. All I am able to see is that I have lost $45 to player XXXXXXX in these 3 hands.

    h1

    h2

    h3

And I am going to explain now what I was thinking in these 3 hands:

    - in hand "h1" I was trying to bluff my opponent out of a big pot (probably a very bad bluff and a hand I should fold in the first place before flop - but actually i play these types of hands sometimes and specially when in head to head situations) , and after the turn card realized that he will not fold and so folded myself.

    - in hand "h2" I decided to check/call his minimum bets all the way to see if not somehow he was bluffing me with thin air (I do these type of plays usually when in head to head and my opponent keeps betting all the time pre and post flop)

Btw, this was a Limit Hold`em game of $5/$10 blinds as the description shows.

    - in hand "h3" I see nothing to explain, I did as I usually do in heads up play called a raise with Q7 of hearts, hit on pair and flush draw and played aggressive

PS: I also have told them that I am only a poker beginner (intermediate maybe?) and that I always play as my heart dictates me, which means at different times might do different decisions given I have all the same details like same cards, same seats, same bets same levels, maybe even playing against same people. This way I was lucky at Titan Poker tables and upped my balance to more than $850 playing at $2/$4 no limit hold`em heads up games with various people in the last month when I did played there.

I even have a picture with my balance when it was $862 - I intended to up my balance at $1200 and to cash out $1000 but unfortunately in the last while I was unlucky and my balance went down to ~$550 when they closed my account.

What I am thinking to do is to try and get your help to determine Titan Poker to open my account and let me play there as usual, or at least to make them pay my remaining balance to my verified Moneybookers account. (I never withdrawn any money from there, but they have all my personal and address proof documents which were already approved as I always send these documents long before I try to ask for any cash out)

If I will not be successful with this, I am thinking at posting these hand logs to some poker forums and expose my experience with Titan Poker around poker communities so they can see how ridiculously Titan poker (try to) stole my money.

I believe that some experienced poker players can analyze this whole scenario and hands in a fair manner ? - I can`t believe Titan poker can actually void players money at will !

Note, there was no bonus involved ! All hard cold cash, they might even confirm this.

Hmm, maybe not the smartest play on hand one and two....but I play hands like that once in a while....and if he had been bluffing you would have come out well....lol

What is their thinking, are they claiming you were dumping a few chips to him?

I do not know if they claim chip dumping, they only said they accuse me of "irregular betting patterns at the poker table against that guy" and that they don`t accept my explanations and that`s why they will continue to keep my account and remaining balance locked. And this exact thing I feel not fair.

As I said, I don`t know if I won or lost in that session with that guy. But however, if I were to be chip dumping why I would not lose most of my money?

PS: If I were to send him a few bucks, I could do it with their player to player money transfer feature I believe. (even if I never used it with anyone)

Also they should check the other player cashier balance history, as I don`t believe that guy was playing $5/$10 with only a couple bucks in cashier?

PPS: I have thought that Titan Poker casino is not some obscure room and that it represent a known name on the online poker and gambling scene.

So I believe that if Titan can void player`s funds because of a few hands like that, any poker site can do this so my trust is gone in online gambling!?

Update: - I have informed Titan Poker Support about this thread 3 days ago.

Unfortunately I see no further activity on this thread.

Forgive my insistence, but can anyone tell me if someone from GPWA is working on this case and can/will try to help me ?

Thank you Mr. Anthony please contact them and let`s see what they have to say other than what I have posted here. In this thread I have exposed all details that had happened, accusations, conversations, and evidence and up to this point I don`t think would be fair if they continue to keep my money.

I also would like to know their stance on this, since on the surface it appears they made this decision based on poor game play.

I do however have an idea for a new promotion for them.

    Never lose at Titan.
Make a poor betting choice, or call when you should have folded? Not at our poker room.
Yes,that's right, we never want you to lose playing poker at Titan, and if you do we'll close your account.
But please don't tell our winners, since less losing players means less hands won by them.

Another week has already passed. - Are they responsive ? Should I wait more for a response from Titan or should I try and take this issue elsewhere?

As I said previously, I thought Titan is not some obscure name on the online scene. $550 is quite small, but this issue broke my trust in online gaming.

I think this is outright theft, with full accordance of iPoker network. If they can allow this, any site can steal players money at will! Stop online poker!

My initial email went to an old email address, I only noticed when I went to send a follow up message. I am now in contact with the head of the poker department, hope to have an update soon.

Oh, OK Anthony thanks for the update. Important is that now they (and iPoker) are aware of this thread. Now let`s wait and see what they have to say.

Mr. Anthony, knowing they have been contacted on the their actual email address, did anyone from Titan or from iPoker replied to you until today ?

I also want to add that Titan Poker Support informed me that this decision of blocking my account was taken from iPoker directive, this is what they have said to me in the past, but I have forgotten to specify it in this thread. Also I have contacted iPoker to ask if that is true and about this thread.

(I have the full correspondence to and from me with Titan Poker Support on this issue, just in case if anyone will want to see these kind of proofs.)

Mr. Anthony, I am still waiting for any updates on this Titan Poker dispute. They been contacted. What news have last week brought for the issue ?

Why are they so hard to respond when they are a Platinum Sponsor here on GPWA ? (it should not imply a smooth communication between parties ?)

A month to explain what the punter is accused of? Hopefully they do know. If someone's been a bad girl then say so to Anthony and take it from there.

I am back from my trip. I met with EuroPartners in Amsterdam last week. I brought them all the information from PlayHunter. As soon as EuroPartners sends me a reply I will make a post. I sent them a follow up from our meeting today.
