Of course my intention is not to give a bad image about my affiliate manager Rama Cervato, I know is an affutd issue. He has been always helpful and interested on my websites grow.

I've received $944 instead of the $1000 promised and far away from the $17000 generated

    its solved.

These guys "ammended" commission amounts on our account after they were due and payable, putting us around £1,500 out of pocket a year or two ago when switching to the Aff Utd system. We never got paid by the new system despite generating around $800 in that one too (not sure why they use dollars, given gambling online pretty much can't be done in USA so USD seems a strange currency to manage the affiliate account in, but a moot point).

We were offered to receive the owed money "as a bonus for referring a target number of clients" but instead decided to cut losses and get away from the whole operation. A shame, as a result we don't advertise any Hills product, but our lives are easier and now other affiliates who pay on the nose, on time, are now receiving high turnover accounts from us.

I fully believe the OP - sounds very similar to our experience - refer a big player or two and they try to cut you out. I think this practice even has a name is called "scalping" or something, but since I don't go to all the backslapping affiliate conferences, and instead stay at the office to work on our product, I wouldn't know.

Is better to not work with Aff Utd (Ad Agency/Cpays). They helped me at begining, when I started my aff business and want to thank for that but thats all. I promoted Cdpoker from begining and I made some money each month, not to much but was ok. This happened until they closed cdpoker and sent newsletters to all Cdpoker players to open new accounts at William Hill. I asked in exchange to give me some money as compensation, as Europartners did when they closed Tonyg. They replyed telling me no players will be lost and every one will be transfered to William Hill. As I had a very good casino player at Cdpoker and he made for me each month some nice money, after migration.. he don't play anymore. I'm wondering what happened with the player/s because they don't play anymore on William .. I can suppose they wasn't transfered at WH under my aff links. Anyway something happened since from let's say 1k monthly l I generate now 20$

For paying commission to my country, they don't send paper cheque or do bankwire.
They have only one option for me, is WebMoney. It will cost $100 each time to withdraw money from WebMoney to bank. Not good for me.

Default my experience of affiliates united.

Affutd / William Hill do seem to pay very quickly now, but due to all the problems i've seen that go way back its not a brand I ever would put on my homepage, it's just too risky. There is so much information out there about previous questionable business activity, but i'd rather not run the risk of getting sued by posting it here. I could fill this thread with links to forum and blog posts.

I also used to promote them when I first started my business and I earned great commissions from them but then one month it all stopped and after months of trying to find the cause I never found out why. What really went on we will never know.

I guess the decision is yours if you decide to use affiliates united, but theres my 2 penneth worth!

eldar78 it isn't a scam, it probably is because you are below the threshold for your chosen payment method, you may need to ask to be paid via neteller. I'm not entirely sure, they usually reply to me fairly promptly now.

Are you sure you are looking at over $100 for your revshare? or are you looking at the total deposited, the system is quite confusing.
My balance when i login ALWAYS shows zero but this figure isn't ever updated however when you go into the stats you can see the total deposited minus withdrawals, you then have to work out the percentage yourself. This is my understanding but if anyone from aff utd can tell us an easier way that would be good.

I don't really know why the amount you have earned is not easy to get from the system, it's pretty much all the affiliate wants to know! lol

Grem: I get paid regularly and promptly without any problems but i don't trust anybody. William Hill online have made some bad decisions in the past but they appear to have rectified them.

Thumbs down AffUtd not paying commision

    hello,

First sorry for my very bad English, i'm a french affiliate, me too some payments problem with Affiliate United, commissions of October and November I have not been paid.

And the big problem is that the payments department said everything is ok but for me nothing is ok ( i make several screenshoots).....

so they say me you must contact your manager, ok but my manager (David Rose) never answer, send more 5 emails for this problem, i wait an answer since 2 months !!!

Before september I always get paid regularly and promptly without any problems...

An other big problem it's their stats, Net gaming is always 0000 all others column works only this one not work, very strange no ???
