Default Is anyone attending the Euro 2016?

Just wondering if any of you guys will be attending the Euro 2016 next summer. I am going with my mates, but we have yet to secure tickets.

On that note, if anyone knows a place where we could buy Euro 2016 tickets at a reasonable price, please PM me or post here. Any games would do. Looking forward to finding out who else will be in France next summer.

I applied for four "Follow my team" tickets. I think the draw for tickets takes place at the end of January. If I get the tickets I will go. To answer your question I think after this draw people who dont need all of their tickets UEFA will have a marketplace on their website to trade and exchange tickets for the actual face value. I expect that for group games were smaller teams are involved there should not be any problem to get tickets at all.

Hoping to get over for at least a week, maybe a few weeks. No tickets yet but hopefully can sort something out and if not will just go to soak up the atmosphere and try for tickets on the day.

Thanks for your responses guys. The UEFA marketplace seems like a good idea.

Just as you say RacingJim, I am pretty sure I will go even if I fail to obtain tickets as there should be some available in and around the host cities.

Hoping to go over as it would be a shame not to with it being so close. Even if I am not fortunate enough to get tickets I am sure the atmosphere around the England games will be worth it.

What club team does everyone support?

    Hi guys,
Normally I would have gone to the Euro 2016.
As a loyal visitor of all national games during World Cups and European Cups and qualification I am sure of tickets.

    But!!!!
My national team did not qualify. How on earth they managed not to get qualified is still my biggest question of 2015

I am Dutch and this European cup will be without us.
But maybe I am gonna visit a few games and support another country. Belgium or England for example

Have fun and good luck everybody this summer.

I am sure all neutral fans were sad to see Netherlands get eliminated, but I have to admit I am glad my country (Serbia) did not qualify. I would much rather watch other national teams play with passion than our supposedly star-studded team struggle to avoid a beating in each game.

I am looking forward to watching Russia and Ukraine in France, as they play good football and can probably go far.

Hi Juan, i am looking forward watching Belgium. I think they have a real good chance in winning the EU.
And of course the last big tournament of one of the biggest legends in Foorball History!! Zlatan!!!

Think I am gonna visit a Sweden and Belgium game.

And It is a shame the Netherlands are not there. We have such big groups of fans going to these tournaments. And always great atmosphere with the Dutchies

Yup, watching Zlatan in action should be special. And when you also take into account Sweden's female fans, their games should not be missed

I really hope I get tickets for this via the 'follow your team' process that UEFA are doing. If not I'll try to get them elsewhere, even if I have to pay more!

Yes - I am going to Euro2016. Will be mainly in Lyon / Bordeaux with a QF in Paris too.
Have tickets to games from the first ballot - group games - R16 / 2xQF and 1 SF.

No, football isn't what it was anymore, gone are the days of it being the working class mans game. Grounds now full of middle class families and tourists. euro 96 and the sky era have killed the game here for me

would like to see us win but will be watching from the pubs at home with my mates rather than be wrapped around the jester hat wearing divs that follow england away thesedays and that annoying "england band"

And I thought I was a miserable old git.....

Can't beat the atmosphere of being at an international tournament like this, all the different nation's fans mingling together, I've met some cracking people in the past and had some memorable nights out with people from different countries.
