There are lots of benefits of doing SEO. Some of this from my knowledge :

1. Getting more traffic to your site and being popular on web.
2. Page rank will be increased of your website through SEO.
3. Get more profit while doing SEO.
4. Promotion of your site in search engine.

1. Lets regular members take the p** out of you
2. Informs regular members that they must buy flowers for their mother
3. Always use lists because no-one will notice you're spamming
4. Blah blah blah blah........

I just wanted to put my two cents in here...
I dont think page rank has much effect on your website anymore...
Google has not updated their page rank for months now....
So I think PR may almost be dead as far as Google is concerned.

At least I wasn't the only one that thought this.

OP, I hope you aren't legitimately trying to promote your services with spammy posts like this. Next time tell us something we don't know, though giving your SEO tactics I don't think that will ever happen.
