it's ridiculous the **** that goes on in this industry - if the associated brands had anything about them, they would just close their affiliate accounts on principle.

Do the affiliate programs on these websites know about this? What do they say about it?

Is the AskGamblers a unique designed layout for AskGamblers? If it is a template that everybody can buy then of course you have no case here.

Hi Christian, AskGamblers is 100% uniquely designed from scratch. You can't find such as template anywhere except few gambling related websites that ripped off AskGamblers couple times

They didn't copy the code, as that's impossible, but they imitated your site. And there's nothing you can do.

I think the worth of askgamblers.com is not the design! For me that looks like of thousands interchangeable WP themes or CSS templates, not really unique.

This cloning thing is no more and no less than flattery.

Any good business keeps the core locked in the castle dungeon, and there are various things around the trenches that the competition catches up with eventually. You can't protect every part of your business, you can only run faster.

Why would you assume that being a scammer from the UK is more bad than being a scammer from Asia? A scammer is a scammer, what's the difference where he comes from?
