Without any message, no update, just the end, without a period of months for someone to adapt to the new situation... it is unacceptable that they simply close and you find out about it simply by searching the internet

If we want to organize ourselves to take some actions maybe...

We need someone to make a group and organize this. Is here someone from UK who can talk with a layer?

    Bet365
1.You decide to offer something - you write it. You can write different thing that "30% commision for life" , but you know if it is different , you will not attract much "workers"(affiliates)
    2. The affiliates see the offer - they start working on your requirements - they bring to you players , these players make your company to grow as empire.
    3. You are here because your "workers" have helped you to grow.
    4. You decide to not pay your "workers" , but you continue to earn from their work throught the years.
    5. You change your requirements. But the players who came here in the all these years are brought to you by "30% commision for life condition".
    6. So basically you are not right. You get ~70%/30% from all "invited by affiliates" referrals , so will you stop receiving money when they lose? No , you will continue to receive your 70% earnings + 30% more from now. So if someone tell you - hey bet365, "I remove all the players brought by affiliates from your company", but the affiliates will continue to receive 30% from their loses. Will you stay "Okay , no problem" , or the situation will become "Hey, this is not honest. I have a rights!"

Bet365 Staff , think from our end. Go in "our shoes" , what will happen if someone decide to stop all your future earnings from members invited by referrals? So I think someone must re-think the decision. Bet365 - Be Like you always was since your start - think about it. Morally every affiliate should receive a relative compensation based on the number of people/earnings that he has provided since all these days and all these years.

I’m one of those partners who can’t advertise but still receive a commission. They haven’t sent me anything, no message at all — I just noticed today that my revenue is showing as 0, even though there are active players. Has anyone been contacted by a manager?

I haven’t sent them a message today. I’ve not received anything. No communication. I still have my email from 2018 about gesture of goodwill they will honour ongoing commissions of my referred players. Any terms etc that I’ve had to click to accept within the partner account should not apply to me because our partnership ended which was signed and stated on my email, but our signed agreement is contractual that they would honour commissions still. I find it very unethical behavior for a company like this to go about it this way without informing those affected. It’s caused me so much stress as this is my salary and I have a family. When I went on chatgpt it said a company can’t legally undo a goodwill gesture if they have already been providing it. It also says the email of honouring commissions creates an enforceable contractual agreement obligation separate from (or amending) their standard terms. Even if general terms allow changes to commissions, a specific written promise like ours could override that. Plus we aren’t partners anyone, our relationship ended. Anything we agree within the partners site should not apply to use as technically we don’t work with them anymore.

Someone said he contact them and they said that notice if closure was sent to everyone, but the thrut is they didn't sent anything to 99% of us. You're same as me and most of us from here, no message, no info, stats showing 0 revenue, but I can see the players still active. We need someone to guide us and create a group and see what we can do. Because commission should be per lifetime.

Add me to the list of inactive affiliates who were still receiving payments. Last activity for me on 1 October. I did not receive any notice about changes to the program or closure of my account.

I think it's time for the GPWA to get involved with this platinum sponsor. They don't seem to be acting in good faith any more.

Hopefully GPWA will be able to get hold of Bet365 and get some answers. Imo it was always inevitable that they'd turn off the inactive affiliates payment tap but doing so without communication is poor and someone needs to take ownership and responsibility for that.

Also as far as I understand it the terms only came into effect from 1st October. There's nothing about those terms being applied retrospectively to inactive affiliates - going forward yes there's probably nothing you could do - so without notice it's questionable (imo) if they're applied their own terms correctly. Of course these are gambling companies and they do what they want regardless of terms etc.

Someone will no doubt claim an email was sent and make some crumby apology for the miscommunication - whilst senior management admire the awards for best affiliate program that they've won this year.

Honestly, I no longer understand what is happening. I received a message saying that my account is being terminated (the damn letter, which just says that a decision has been made for this to happen).

On October 1st, when I logged in, there were new terms and rules, which made no mention of termination. Calm down a bit—there have been days before with zero data.

They are probably doing something with the system; it's possible that the zeros will remain.

    According to reply from Bet365

"All impacted accounts were contacted on 24th July 2025 to the account's recorded email address.

This communication was sent from notices@bet365partners.com"

    We didn't get that email..

You might as well grab yourself a nice, ice-cold glass of water...

Everything on the platform is working fine — except for the part where commissions are actually credited to you.

On paper, I’ve got €600, but in reality that comes with a big fat zero in commissions. I’ve brought in over 100 active Bet365 clients and more than €10,000 in deposits in just five days... My personal opinion? In 6 to 12 months, the rest of the affiliates will be cut off too.

They’re just doing it in stages — to keep people calm and minimize the negative PR impact.

Some sooner than that. Anyone not referring 15 FTDs in three months gets commissions chopped at worst. It's in the new terms that have been discussed here.

They have cut off all of us, while they have not cut off the big groups because they are probably afraid of legal action.

So let's all go together with mass lawsuits to shake up the billionaires. WE made them the first company in the world and we will take it to 0.

    Ready lawsuit..

Subject: Formal Payment Demand and Account Status Clarification, Partner ID .....
To: Bet365 Partners, Compliance and Partner Payments Team
From: ..... (Partner name / company)
    Partner ID: .....
    Registered email on account: .....
    Date: .....
    Dear Sirs,
We write in relation to the above referenced Partner account and the commissions and accrued referral revenues owed to us by Bet365 Partners, under the parties’ affiliate relationship.

    1. Background
      a. Our Partner account, Partner ID ..... was established on ..... and, pursuant to your affiliate arrangements, we have referred customers to bet365 whose play produced net gaming revenue and commission payable to us.
      b. We refer to communications and representations made to us by Bet365 Partners, including but not limited to written confirmations of revenue share terms and lifetime or long term revshare arrangements evidenced by emails/contracts dated ..... (copies enclosed as applicable).
      c. Since September 2025, payments due to us have not been made, and our affiliate dashboard ceased to display or update accrued commissions from 02/10/2025. The outstanding accruals relate to activity occurring prior to any alleged change of status or new T&C implementation.
    2. Issues and Breach
      a. Without prejudice to any other rights, we say that Bet365 Partners has, by ceasing to pay accrued commissions and by failing to provide proper notice or explanation, acted in breach of the contractual relationship between the parties and in breach of principles of good faith and fair dealing.
      b. If Bet365 contends that any revised Terms and Conditions dated 01 October 2025 or other provisions operate to deny payment of accrued commissions, we note that such a unilateral change cannot, without adequate notice and without application to future commissions only, extinguish liabilities already accrued in respect of prior referrals.
    3. Immediate Requests
Within 14 days from the date of this letter, please provide, in writing:
      a. A full statement of account showing all commissions and amounts credited to our Partner ID ..... from inception to date, itemised by date, referred customer and NGR, including any adjustments applied and the grounds for each adjustment.
      b. Copies of any and all notices, warnings, or Inactive Account Notices allegedly issued to us prior to any alleged balance reduction, de-tagging, or suspension. Please specify date and method of service for each such notice.
      c. A clear explanation whether any de-tagging of referred customers has occurred, and if so the identity of each affected customer and the date of de-tagging.
      d. Immediate settlement of all undisputed sums accrued prior to 01 October 2025, or a full and detailed justification for any non-payment or set-off, supported by documentary evidence.
    4. Preservation of Rights
This letter is without prejudice to any and all rights and remedies available to us under contract, at law, or in equity, including but not limited to claims for breach of contract, recovery of monies due, injunctive relief, accounting, and interest and costs. We reserve the right to apply for urgent injunctive relief in the courts of England and Wales to preserve assets or prevent de-tagging or further dissipation of revenues, and to issue proceedings for recovery if a satisfactory response is not received within the stated period.
    5. Regulatory and Public Steps
If the matter is not resolved within 14 days we will consider, and may proceed with, one or more of the following actions:
      a. Initiating legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, where your Terms state the governing law and jurisdiction;
      b. Filing formal complaints with relevant regulators and licensing authorities, including the UK Gambling Commission and national regulators relevant to our activity;
      c. Notifying affiliate industry bodies and posting factual descriptions of our dispute on established affiliate protection forums and channels, for the purpose of seeking remedies and protecting other affiliates.
    6. Costs
Please be advised that we will seek recovery of legal costs and expenses incurred by us in pursuing unpaid sums, in addition to the unpaid commissions, interest and any other relief the court deems appropriate.

We request a written response to this letter within 14 days of the date above, confirming your position and providing the documentation requested at paragraph 3. If you consider any part of the sums claimed to be in dispute, please provide full particulars and supporting documentation.
    Yours faithfully,

I agree with the Archondas , we must take action, we inform our lawyers.

Find a law firm in England and start a lawsuit for lost profits

The entire attitude of the company is unacceptable!

A lost battle is a battle that was never fought
