What about affiliates from other EU countries? Let's organize and make a collective lawsuit - every involved affiliate must participate in the collective lawsuit.

Going against those that helped build the company, and acting like other operators they promised they never would is certainly an interesting choice in the current climate.

The cynic in me would suggest bet365 believe that this will all blow over quietly, and there will not be any negative news coverage or announcements by these exact affiliates explaining exactly what has gone on, and that bet365 have effectively said 'yes, we still make a lot of money from the players you sent us, and we know it is fair that we pay you what you are owed from sending them to us, but we don't want to anymore.'

The issue is, if there really is a sale on the horizon, any negative news coverage or even social media coverage showing these actions could backfire massively on them. I can guarantee some affiliates won't go quietly, and will be all to happy to broadcast exactly what is going on. The issue for bet365 is that many of these affiliates still have a platform to do exactly that. Will this affect active players and potentially impact a future sale? It absolutely could...

    Hi,

New to this forum. So hello, and good health to you all.

My account has also been closed down as of today. I still had over 300 active players on Saturday just gone and just under 300 active players on Sunday.

I didn’t receive the email they told me they sent back in July and today when I questioned why my account hasn’t been updating they told me my account is closed.

I would be in favour of getting together and trying to contact some lawyers to fight this.

When I joined the programme back in 2010 it was promised a lifetime commission. It was Bet365 who stopped me promoting them a short while ago, and now they have closed my account when my account is still earning Bet365 a substantial amount each month.

I have made a telegram group. If you have been affected by the closure of your bet365 partner account unexpectedly please follow the telegram group, so we can converse together on our next steps, it is a lot easier than through a forum in this case. We need to all come together to sort this out. It is very ethical.

I asked for information from other colleagues who have had inactive accounts for several years. One of them doesn’t have this issue with the 0.00 earnings after October 1st — their account looks normal. I don’t know what’s going on. Are they actually doing something? How do they decide whose accounts to reset? Is it based on the payouts? I’m not sure — is it possible they’re really making changes to the system?

I think if you're seeing 0% commission now then that's it.. apparently this is the email sent out on 24th July (although the forwarded version they sent me is dated the 26th September).

    Anyway...

    Dear Partner,

Following the historic termination of our affiliate marketing relationship with you, we are writing to inform you that we will be closing your bet365 Partners account(s) with effect from 16 December 2025.

You will continue to accrue revenue share payments for legacy customers previously referred by you (where applicable) as a continued gesture of goodwill until 30 September 2025.

Please ensure that you withdraw any available balance in your bet365 Partners Account(s) no later than 15 December 2025. Payouts shall be subject to applicable laws and regulations.

We thank you for your cooperation.

    Yours sincerely
So basically if you're at 0% now then your account will be gone in December.. get your earnings out ASAP.

Got it. That must be it, although I haven’t received such a message. The question remains, though — why aren’t other inactive partners affected? That’s the part I don’t understand. It’s also strange that so few people have joined the discussion about it...

Maybe this process of closing is going step by step, so many accounts are still working as usual.

So, they want to keep the clients we brought in, but stop paying us… that feels unfair…
In the past, they stopped paying for clients we had attracted from countries like Greece, Turkey, and others.
But back then, they removed the clients we had brought in, and, as far as I know, those clients had to go through the registration process again.

Bet365’s silence is puzzling. No affiliates have received a termination notice, yet commissions appear to have been set to 0%, even though all other statistics display correctly. Without an official termination notice, no termination can be considered valid, the only logical conclusion is that this is an affiliate system error.

It’s unclear why Bet365 seems to believe the GPWA forum can replace proper business communication channels. In any case, affected affiliates should continue submitting their invoices as usual.

there’s nothing to submit. Everything is £0. I made a telegram group so we can all communicate freely if the mods can accept the link, the messages need to be more fluent while we are debating our next steps https://t.me/+-nG5lbp7PH1kYTg0

What invoices? They clearly said to all of us that they already sent notices, even if no one receive it. Just contact them and they'll tell you the same as all of us who already asked them. So for all if you guy that you didn't talked with them , your accounts are gone... you'll not receive any money from now on. The only way is to sue them as a group.

agree with this, I haven't sent them the answer yet, the team of lawyers is preparing this very well. We all have to do this separately or together, but it shouldn't be done in a hurry. We've swallowed enough of everything they've thrown at us, all those figures that don't reflect reality at all, now it's enough, they've put an end to it and we shouldn't let them. We have to go after them with lawyers and with complaints everywhere to all the agencies in the UK and Europe.

There’s no system error — as of today, the commission display in the affiliate platform is simply gone. Without any official termination?
So what if you have a letter?

It’s in the forum — the content says: “We made a historic decision to terminate, and that’s it.”

No cited reason, no account closure under any specific clause of the Terms and Conditions.

This has already happened with affiliate programs in Eastern Europe — now, starting from October 1, there’s a new rule: they can close your account at any time, and you need at least 5 new active clients every month.

After one month — goodbye… and farewell to all the accumulated and unpaid commissions.

Everybody communicates personally. But there is a problem with a strong rule for new customers, so small affiliates do not have a chance.

There's also the possibility that they never sent the email out or that they believe the email got sent but some glitch meant it never arrived to all impacted affiliates.

If you never received notice and are now on 0% then contact them and let them know. I doubt it'll change anything to be fair, but maybe they might then communicate some kind of half baked apology.

Personally I don't understand why they didn't just communicate via the internal messaging system as well as email. Or perhaps even sent a reminder a few weeks later especially with the commentary on here.
