Default bet365 Mail Server Logs to prove July 24th eMail was "delivered"

    Hi everyone. I’m a long-standing bet365 Partner, I’ve been with them since around 2008.

Like many others here, my account has been closed, and I also did not receive the July 24th email for either of my partner accounts.

The first indication I had that something was wrong was in October, when I noticed a full week with no stats updated and contacted bet365 for clarification.

Since then, I’ve reached out to bet365 support several times. The only response I’ve received is a screenshot of the “sent” email they claim went out on July 24th. However, a screenshot of an email in Outlook doesn’t prove it was actually delivered, it simply shows the intent to send it.

I’ve requested the email server logs from July 24th to confirm whether the email was successfully delivered (for reference, my own mail server shows no record of any email from bet365 on that date). So far, bet365 have not provided these logs.

At this point, bet365 have been unable to confirm that the July 24th email was ever successfully sent, only that they attempted to send it. Has anyone else requested or received any email delivery logs from bet365?

Would be interested to hear from other partners, feel free to pass this info onto the Telegram group as well.

So far bet365's only response as I said is the screen grabbed eMail. If they can't prove the eMail was actually delivered they could be seen to have closed partner accounts down with no warning.

All players have been de-tagged from what I can see around October 27th and the activity is now 0.

On the one hand, it would be very surprising if a corporation of that size were actually able to find any logs — I wouldn’t see anything suspicious in that.

On the other hand, the number of people claiming they never received any notification is so large that it practically rules out the possibility that this was some kind of “mistake.”

My acquaintance had an old account… it turned out to have been closed long before the mentioned letter, without any notification. The account exists, you can get a password reset, a reset code… but it’s locked. So… whatever you try to look for, it’s all the same — at most they’ll send you a new letter. What does that change? Nothing

bet365’s behavior raises serious concerns and resembles scam-like practices.

    Hello
I'm one of many affiliates screwed up by bet365partners - can we force GPWA to change description of their Platinum Sponsor (bet365partners):

    Earnings Time Limited:No ????

    Resembles?

When they steal all future commissions that is not a resemblance.

Just got this... observe the second part where it looks like that they have sent the email about closure in July (which they did not)
    Dear Partner

It is clearly antedated, on 24th of July in the afternoon I had the call with them. They did not say anything hours before and it makes no sense if they sent it.

They said clearly on 24th in late afternoon LATAM time (so in the evening in the UK) that tomorrow they will be sending closure emails to everyone. They did not do it and many people thought I am spreading hoax.

It makes no sense that they sent notices at 12:18 and then they called me to "inform me first about their future steps in person".

It almost looks like some of the people responsible for this intentionally botched even the rip off, because he did not like it at all.

There's plenty of sarcastic comments I could write. Suffice to say, no updates in a month and it gives the impression the redoubling of efforts didn't work.

I can see the bet365partners banner at the top of GPWA, so this answers all our questions about how GPWA handles this

Guys. But what the hell he should do?! Or better, what do you expect what should happens?!
To bring Bet365 in the position to re-think its own strategy toward affiliates, is about 500 times above the level of power or influence GPWA have.
On the opposite, GPWA have probably a contract that need to be fulfilled - otherwise chargebacks coming in ...

Just take it with a little solidarity, at least MC gets the moooney

If you see my posts it was never about Bet365 reversing their stance. It was about the GPWA holding them accountable for questionable behaviour as they have done with other programs in the past. At the risk of repeating myself, yes it happens far too slowly and this case is yet another example.

Yes there is always the conflict of interest with sponsors paying for placement and no one outside the GPWA will probably ever know the extent of the money influence in the decisions. My belief (happy to be proven wrong) is more that these types of issues are just not given a priority within the GPWA. A shame really because when the GPWA was started back in 2001, that was one of the primary focuses.

Yet another “bonus” from bet365 for its so-called “partners” in Bulgaria…

As you know, Bulgaria switched its national currency from the Bulgarian lev to the euro. Upon logging in, the company now suggests that you open a brand-new account in order to receive your funds… guess the reason.

Happy New Year to those who still have access to their accounts. A polite, corporate way of quietly cutting people off.

So let me understand this... They are suggesting, not forcing you? And they say anything about still being paid for the old customers that you sent (so no de-tagging)? Because this makes a lot of difference. Can you explain?

Happy New Year btw, I am still able to receive payments until March 2026. But I don't want to work with them anymore. Not worth the stress of knowing they might come up with a new "idea".

    What didn’t you understand?

The company is pushing existing users to create a “new account” under the pretext of a new currency, a euro account. That’s quite an “elegant” way to broke the affiliate–user connection. I never thought they would stoop that low. Here’s a description from a forum:

“I had money in the account. For 3 days I couldn’t log in because of unrecognized credentials. Support told me to create a new account and assured me it wouldn’t be blocked. I did, and within 45 minutes the money was in the account, naturally in the new account. Of course, they ask for verification for that. That’s it.”
Do you really think the new client will be “attached” again to the partner, whit lifetime commission?

Well, yes, this part. Not with lifetime commission, as this is no longer the case, but with all the players attached/merged from the old to the new account.

I don't really think that, I am surprised they went that low (as you say) - if this is indeed the truth.

What someone thinks means nothing. Once the new account is active - all will get clear on the next or max. few days. Either there will be showing the usual daily users' activity and commissions as before or not. Just then we can draw conclusions. Keep us updated please. Reminding that when bet365 got a local licence they closed all BG player accounts asking them to open a new account and still kept a track informally and re-tagged these to the corresponding affiliate. No other bookie in the world would do this.

Culturally speaking, Company bet365 has clearly been sold or is under a sales agreement.

For the past six months, the only thing happening is cost-cutting and profit-pumping so that Ms. Coates can get a 'fair' price.

I checked and called some old friends with 3+ partner accounts—there’s no need for a new account, they already have them. Shall I explain why?

Yes, years ago the company acted correctly... they 'hooked' "attached" "закачи" (както намираш за добре) the new clients (новите клиенти) after getting the license. We’re not going to get into the controversy regarding alternative links in Italy, Russia, Kazakhstan, and so on, are we?

In my case, they were 'detached' politely with that message about the 'historic decision.' You can look back at everything I’ve written so far... it’s being done in stages, and it’s clear why.

...makes life predictions without income commision from bet365

Накратко, последната компания която разчиташе на партньори е Няма...всичко приключи... ако не сега за теб, съвсем скоро.
