Bet365 Now Terminating Suspended Accounts

You are right that a lot of time and money was invested and lost. However bet365 promised to pay lifetime revenue and they did so. They did not promise to pay you all your investments back with profit. That is just a business risk.

It is not fair to compare them with Ladbrokes, William Hill, Bwin and Sporting bet.
What they did is exactly the reason to trust them.

and 30 day ago to bet365.com

and always no answers from bet365

so when i send a email to bet365 1 year ago it take 2 day to have a reply now after 30 day nothing

bet 365 have really scam my money!

Hi all, who have tried to request invoice for last month (December) because I have full access and I have received email ,as you, confirming that I will no longer have access for creative section but can withdraw but I can't access to payment section. By the way, I have already (2week ago) responded to their email and removed all ads and links but still not received any reply.

My ads menu is a blank page, but I have access to generate an invoice. Yesterday they transferred the money to me. I answered the email from December, then I got an answer. I've removed all ads for nearly 20 days, but I still get clicks.

The deadline is tomorrow. I have answered their email and accepting their terms by 22 december and stull not received response.
I have access to my account with blank ads page but can't generate invoice (I guess because they haven't checked my case)
So, who haven't received a confirmation after replying u til now?

The worst thing is that there is no answer from bet365. I would like to know how to get my money. Every answer i get is an automated response. But who should I contact?

I am a manager of a company that maintains several gambling related websites and we had great quantity of bet365 marketing materials on our websites. I have followed all their instructions strictly and the result is:
- Our affiliate account is not closed and we still have access to it;
- On the first working day of the new year (2^nd January) we received their standard confirmation email - it is already posted here on the forum;
- On the same day, we invoiced our commission and two hours later I received the amount in my player’s account;
I have to say I trust their goodwill and objectiveness.I remain with the hope that one day in the future bet365 will define clear criteria meeting which we would be able to work with them again.

I submitted that I'm accepting their terms around 20th december when I accepted their terms and fully ceased my promotion, and I received response on 3rd January.

Before 2 days, they confirmed that they accepted my email with confirmation. My "Creative Section" is now disabled as they promised to do. Also you should be able to see your stats and create invoices.

It probably takes a lot of time to review all affiliates accounts, so don't worry, probably your case should be reviewed in few days.

Yes. Same thing to me, after 6 years. Anyway, there are some clicks daily ,but after I talk with my manager ,he say me there is no problem.

Hi and Happy New Year,
I'm having troubles, since yesterday, logging into my bet365 affiliate account. I haven't had such troubles in the past few years. Can you please check what could be wrong or is there any outage with the affiliate portal that I'm not aware of?

This is the error I receive:

I tried calling the phone number that is provided in the Contact Us area, but I was informed that for affiliates matter I should go with emails instead. I emailed support a couple of times but still no answer.
I would very much appreciate any help.

They pay my terminated account on time. The clicks decline very very slowly, but it seems bet365 is a classy company after all.
