Default Bet365 Partners changed the T&C

    Bet365 Partners changed the T&C

I got that noticed that bet365 Partners have updated their Terms & Conditions, and the big difference I found is about a new section on “Dormant / Inactive Accounts.”

    From what I understand:

If you don’t refer at least 15 Active Customers within 3 consecutive months, your account is marked as “Inactive.”

After 3 more months without reactivation, they may apply a 50% reduction to your balance.

If another 3 months pass (6 months in total), they can set your balance to zero, close your account, and even de-tag all existing customers, meaning no future commissions from them.

Does this apply retroactively to existing inactive partners, or only for active ones?

Has anyone managed to get in touch with a bet365 representative for clarification?

I mean is there any exception for accounts that already referred customers in the past but can’t bring new ones because bet365 has restricted their promotion?

From what I understand, it doesn't matter what you did in the past, it matters what you will do starting from Oct 1, 2025.

It's another way to say "let's kick 90% of them out" without being the "bad guys". So basically if you can't send them 30 new depositors in the next 6 months, your account will be closed. In the meantime, prepare to receive a much lower commission starting with January 1st, 2026.

It's like don't give them too much time, but also don't give them a short notice, so let's find the exact amount of time which sounds decent on the first look, but not enough for them to get anything done.

Make no mistake, the goal here is not to keep the affiliates, but to get rid of them (despite anything any bet365 account manager will tell you).

It's their choice, their business. And in all fairness, 30 depositors over 6 months is doable if you have any starting point. But most people don't, and it will be game over for them.

"I mean is there any exception for accounts that already referred customers in the past but can’t bring new ones because bet365 has restricted their promotion?"

This was already taken care of, these affiliates will not receive any money starting with this month.

No, most of the others and I were not informed about this.

Read here, I believe the targeted group of affiliates received a notice. I didn't because I am still active.

I read the thread back then, and neither I nor my friends (who are all inactive) received any notification. I think only a few people did, for reasons nobody knows.

Hmm, it seems that yesterday the statistics were updated with zero earnings for everyone.

    Later edit:
I wrote to them in the app, and they replied that they would send me the closure notification on July 24. That obviously never happened — neither to me nor to my friends. In other words, they shut us down without giving any prior notice.

This thread makes some interesting and important points, but there is already an existing thread all about Bet365's terms, emails closing affiliate accounts and recent behaviour here:
    https://www.gpwa.org/forum/bet365-de...270857/p5.html

I don't work here (!) but I am interested in what everyone has to say on this issue so would be good if you guys post over there so it's all on one thread.

    The affiliate anthem should be:

First they came for the Inactive Affiliates And I did not speak out Because I was not an Inactive Affiliate

then they came for the Big Affiliates And I did not speak out Because I was not a Big Affiliate

then they came for the Small Affiliates And I did not speak out Because I was not a Small Affiliate

then they came for me And there was no one left To speak out for me.

Bet365 forgot that the inactive affiliates are not inactive because they can't deliver new clients, it is because bet365 made them inactive to protect them from advertising requirement's problems. So logically the inactive accounts should not be "zero earnings" because they can deliver clients, so here we have something to think about - let the affiliates earn from past clients, the platform continue to earn, so the affiliates should continue to earn for clients invited in the past.

Or give the affiliates chance to deliver costumers and not cut their earnings minimum in the next 6 months.

I don't even understand if they already detaged our clients , because the earnings are 0 for today.

    So what can we do?

Maybe we can create a group and sue them?

    Where is the lifetime commission?

They will keep for themselfs our commission from now on?

Wtf?! So they closed us? Like this? We should sue them.

Welcome The One Who Did Not Speak.

GPWA, I do not understand why I see Bet365 banners here and them as platinum sponsors?

I agree with Sherlock that platinum is no longer the case for bet365partners. They are actively looking to breach any terms and conditions agreed upon beginning of the partnership.

It goes two levels deep - first the inactive affiliates, second the small affiliates. It's never ordinary until it is.

One google update gone wrong and an active affiliate will become inactive, because there's no time for recovery in 6 months.

Also if it is the case that it is game over does that mean we can now mention bet365 in content .. it'd be a shame to send traffic to other sites.

Do not forget the before big - now small affiliates. E.g. the traffic buyers, who spent incredible money to drive traffic to them and who had to stop campaigns during the years. There were plenty of those guys, who trusted to bet365 more than to the other programs and this (apart of extraordinary product) was a recipe for bet365 success.
