Default Big Shock - WAGERSHARE SPAM!

EILMELDUNG - rekordverdächtiger Jackpot von $$$ im King Spin - jetzt spielen!

    http://www.kenocasinotop.ru/de/

Leads to a download for Spin Palace - I haven't heard back from Tex (eCOGRA) regarding their apparent investigation so I've sent this to them:

    Hi, Tex

And the spam for Spin Palace continues... this time the landing page even
has your own eCOGRA seal listed.

Can we now please have The Palace Group removed from eCOGRA? They're
starting to make you appear rather ineffective.

Today, I received this e-mail from Tex @ eCOGRA:

    "Hi Rob,

Can you please confirm that the email address your are receiving the spam on is [removed]? Also if there are any other email addresses that you would like us to search, please provide them.

    Thanks, Tex"

    My reply:

    "Hi, Tex

I have intentionally not disclosed the e-mail addresses I have been spammed to. Telling WGS these addresses will only result in those addresses being removed from the spam list. It is not relevant to your actions."

    I shall keep you posted.

I am pro Wagershare, but regardless, some affiliates send spam without the programs knowing, it happens.

I am almost certain the majority of these spam emails were put into motion by Wagershare themselves.

It would nice if they all could be put under one section here at the GPWA. Makes it easier to track and make sense of it all. Going to this section then another is time consuming.

We've been spammed to death by Wagershare for weeks. It's not a rogue affiliate.

    Alright, that is seriously annoying.

I have one that switches casinos everytime I unsubscribe.. as if that's what I am unsubscribing too.

Wasn't there a guy in the US that got a life sentance for spamming?

More Wagershare spam today, this time it hides the eventual brand which is Cabaret Club.

Here's today's e-mail I've sent to eCOGRA. So far, they've done nothing. If they continue to do nothing, I'll be removing their 'approved portal' seal from my site and totally dismissing them as a regulatory organisation.

    Hi, Tex

More spam received today for Wagershare - this time for their Cabaret Club
    brand.

I shall be reporting again today via GPWA and via my own sites which are
Google News sources, commenting that eCOGRA still list these spammers as
    approved casinos.

Please advise when you will decide to take some action.

I've followed up to eCOGRA with this:

    Hi, Tex

Here are just a few links re. Wagershare spam:

Tex, you are more than aware by now that this group is spamming and so far,
you continue to recommend players to visit them. That is not acceptable for
a regulatory organisation. I'll give this until the end of the week before I
take further action. Thereafter, I shall have no option but to report them
to a more serious body and remove any eCOGRA seals from my site. It's time
    to do your job, Tex.

It leads to Spin Palace. I've sent this to eCOGRA:

    Hi, Tex

For what it's worth, here's more spam for Spin Palace (Wagershare). I'm
writing the article today re. the continuing spam and your lack of action.
You'll be able to find it via Google News later today.

Yawn. The Spam Palace, oops... SPIN PALACE spam continues. Once again, I've forwarded it to eCOGRA - the organisation who PRETEND to have rules and requirements but don't actually give a crap. They stopped replying to my e-mails weeks ago and clearly have NO intention of asking Wagershare/Spin Palace to stop ruining our industry with spam.

Reading this eCOGRA? You are a DISGRACE and I am ashamed to have previously held you with any regard. You need to disappear from our industry in order that a REAL organisation who gives a **** about our industry can take over.

    FWIW, here's today's spam from Wagershare/Spin Palace!

This has been going on for years (at least since 2007)
https://www.gpwa.org/forum/wagershar...er-182423.html They've also been busted over at CM too and many times but nothing gets done. The double standards of CM shine through again.

Of course when Bryan gets spammed it's BIG issue.

I also believe it was us (aussiedave and greek) who busted them using throw away domains. Of course it's always the excuse of "it's an affiliate", that's total BS.

    They all say that now.

It's like rogue webmasters who say it was their employee who added the stolen content...ect..ect

As far as eCOGRA, CM or the GPWA doing something about it, it wont happen.

ZERO spam regulations in the industry are just there for show. Unless of course one of the BIG wigs gets spammed then it's an issue!

    Cheers

Like you I have an eCOGRA seal for one of my sites. I consider them to be better than having no recourse for players because generally they (players who find themselves needing help) don't have access to upper casino management. Meaning they get blown off by the casino support staff.

So although eCOGRA is not everything it should be, imho it does offer some benefit.

However like you I also believe they (eCOGRA) need to take a firm stance on SPAM. If they are serious about transparency and building trust within their seals, which (correct me if I'm wrong) that's the purpose of the eCOGRA Seal, then they should also walk the walk. Not just talk it, hey!

    Cheers

I took down links to eCOGRA a long time ago, although I was early-on approved for their aff list.

I regret ever giving them any credibility as I have found them disappointing.
Almost Here! How would you like to be able to get not just one sign up from your player, or even a couple, but every single casino they join from here on? I've a plan that can make that happen and it will likely also tell you every time the player is active within the casino.
