Wagershare - did they respond?

I recall that someone here at GPWA (I forget who, sorry) approached Wagershare for comment on all the spam they've been sending or allowing to be sent on their behalf.

Did they ever reply? In view of the amount of spam they were sending/allowing and the seriousness of it being passed off as if being sent by another casino, I've been following this issue closely and recommending players to play elsewhere until it's cleared up. I'm not sure I can ever truly recommend them again anyway now but I'd like to know what reply, if any, was provided.

I sent WagerShare an email June 24th. I have not received a reply.

I sent a follow up email today.

Can we get confirmation that Wagershare never responded? If so, can we officially consider them as rogue?

IMO they never respond. A good brand but with the continuation of endorsing spam bombs in my books they are rogue.
