Of course, you can serve multiple markets around the world with a single website. Especially since your domain is generic and does not refer to any specific country.
I would even go so far as to say that it is recommended. Today, competition is fierce, and having too many websites in too many markets can be difficult to manage, but it depends on the time and resources you can devote to the website.
Just read the old posts of GPWA users. Those who said years ago that it was better to focus on one website were more successful than those who had 3, 5, 100 websites... Besides, those single sites often had huge traffic and great rankings years later. Of course, this is not a rule and there may be different strategies, but after reading a large number of GPWA posts, I see a trend that what I am writing is based on arguments.

As Danny said above - you can target multiple geos with one site, that's for sure.
However, not all geos are made equal and not all geos are equally easy / difficult to target.
Having that in mind, I, personally think of it this way:
In an oversaturated and hyper-competitive geo (given your resources are pretty limited) you want to go as narrow and as specific as possible to have a chance of "penetrating" that geo. Something like a needle and fabric - if the fabric is thick and durable, and the force you can apply is limited, you will need a fine needle to penetrate it.

We can always for one competitive GEO have a narrow theme on the site (for example) such as litecoin bookmakers. And for another GEO/language that is much less competitive have content expanded to include bookmakers, casinos, poker, bingo, etc. It seems like it could work.

You can target multiple geos with a single website, but I wouldn’t recommend it, especially if you’re starting and have limited resources.
If you decide to go with separate websites, don’t try to launch several at once and spread yourself thin. In my opinion, that’s a waste of energy that could be better invested. Instead, focus on one or two sites, put in the effort, learn as much as you can and, once a website is driving traffic, generating revenue, and requiring less of your time, consider creating another if you still want to do it.

In your case, I’d recommend not spreading yourself too thin by targeting too many GEOs at once. Launching a new project is always risky, and investing too much right away can backfire. If your budget allows, I’d suggest starting with 3–5 separate websites, each targeting just a few GEOs. After some time, you can focus on the one that performs best. The others can either be used for internal linking or shut down completely if they don’t gain any traction. In my opinion, running a single website for multiple GEOs isn’t necessarily less risky than running 100 - especially in such a competitive niche
Definitely you can market many different geoa as mentioned above. Also, as mentioned above, I suggest focusing on key geos and not spreadign yourself too thin. Everything requires maintenance and accuracy and depending on your sites are set-up and you are promoting your offerings/bonuses etc you need to be sure they are accurate or risk losing your account.
Before considering multiple markets target one market that you know and understand. If you know the geo and you've done your research there is not reason why it shouldn't. If you are blindly targeting as many geos as you can with one site and hoping to be a jack of all trades then you will likely end up not ranking well in any of them. Specialising is often more lucrative, especially to begin with.
Ofc you can, trick is to localize your content properly, making sure it fits the language, culture, and legal requirements of each region, just translating isn’t enough - you’ve got to adapt everything so it resonates with the audience.Tools like hreflang tags and Google Analytics will help you track how each region is performing, but i think better starting with one well optimized site is way more cost effective than managing multiple domains
Yes im doing it now
