    Default Content in one day

What is the most amount of content articles you have written in one day? It is currently midnight and I have been writing all day and so has my content writer I think CAP euro inspired me to get back to work. I haven't produced articles myself for awhile for the website but now I have a buzz to get back into it and I dont dare stop because then I can go a week where I dont have the energy to write one article.

I try to get a couple of articles written a week, but I think my record was a 5000 word, 10 article day. It's not so much the writing I find difficult, more the research. Once I've got the facts and figures together and I know what I'm trying to say (not always obvious!) I find the words flow quite easily.

Incidentally, do you write for article distribution or for site content? I'm interested to know whether on-site articles 'pull' traffic in the same way that off-site ones 'push'. Obviously, long-term site content is vital, but given that it's hard to get new pages indexed, my feeling is that distribution is the more useful SEO option. But I've been wrong on these things before!
