Default A different kind of post

I am one of the biggest cynics there is when it comes to affiliate programs. I live by "the proof is in the payment". So many programs say "we always pay on time", "we are the top converting [insert network] brand", "We are the number #1 brand on [insert network] and so on... I have been burned so many times I swear I will develop skin cancer from it.

So, a month or so ago I went on another "chance" with an unknown, brand new program and brand. I went on faith that a regular here would do us right. So I signed up with Affstorm and casino33 when it was 1st announced.

I am not a big casino affiliate, my bread and butter is poker but casino is a great "boost" to the monthly pay and will grow in the future I am sure. So, the stats really sucked at first, but I was emailed a spreadsheet of all my income, players, bonuses, the whole ball of wax. And... Dana (AM) told me once I reached the $150 commission level I would be paid.

Late last week I reached the minimum and actually told Chalkie via MSN, I just made the minimum at Casino33, lets see if they hold up their end and pay me as I was told. (You know I really figured I would have to chase it).

The next day, Dana hit me on MSN and asked how I wished to be paid. (I nearly fell out of my chair). I gave her my details and she said it would be taken care of. I told my wife about this too and said to her "I wonder how long it will be before I see that money".

Anyway, to cut to the chase, we went out of town Tuesday morning and lo and behold, in my inbox when I got home today was an email from Dana asking me to verify the payment was made. I checked my ewalletXpress and saw the cash was there!

In this day when so many programs are finding ways to scam us, steal, scrape, avoid and flat out lie and not pay us, I found a program that actually stood by their word and made a lil casino affiliate happy. I never had to ask, beg, post, follow up, email screen shots, nothing. They just did business the way it should be done. I refer, earn, and get paid on time!

Thanks CasinoJack and Dana for "taking care of business".

Told you this was a different kind of post. Sorry for long winded, I am half asleep.

Always nice to see a positive and cheering post before the weekend........

I can also say that working with eToro gives me the confidence to go out and rant & raive about how this revolutionary forex program is all about because of such a professional team I have behind me.

I just hope Chips you bought your wife a new outfit.................lol

Have a great weekend to all

We should read more about these kind of experiences, it's a shame they are lost among the negative ones.
    Thanks Chips for sharing

I did the same Chips. I've gotten a couple of those 'your casino33 payment' mails and asking how I would like to be paid from Dana.

I had no problem beta testing this. I know CJ will take care of any player problem (I haven't had any) and he is readily available. In fact, I don't think he sleeps at all.

Dana is on the ball. Casino33 is just all around easy and a pleasure to work with!

    Thanks Chips for the thread.

Now I feel bad that I haven't posted like Chip did before now.

Affiliate Storm / Casino 33 ROCKS!!

I love working with these guys. They're straight shooters, and that means a LOT to me. And yes, the first Monday after a week of making the $150 in earnings... Casinojack was chasing ME up on Skype, MSN and Facebook, telling me he owed me money. They had a MoneyGram out the same day I got back to him. I was completely floored like Chips.

It's definitely true that we're used to chasing up payments, not the programs chasing us up to pay us. Very refreshing!

Affiliate Storm is one of the few new programs that we're working with.. and we'll be giving priority to promoting them because of how happy we are overall. Lightening fast payments, no b.s. manner in which they conduct business, happy players. They're running the casino and affiliate program the way I'd like to see all programs run.

Wow, again thanks all for the kind words. We have had our bumps down this road, and realize we cannot please everyone, but we try our best!

Thanks again, I know is hard in this day and age to trust "another RTG shop" but I hope be being available pretty much 24x7 ( yes the number really does go to my cell phone, please use it any time) we will be the most reachable.

IMO, I can not trust anyone new. Trust has to be earned...So how do you earn trust? By being reachable, is number one in my book and that has been our focus.

So those working with us, thanks again. For those not yet, the door is always open.

    Thanks again.

I totally agree with a lot of what was said here.

Although I have only been an affiliate for them a few weeks, I started a similar thread in AffStorm's forum over at the GIA some days ago stating pretty much the same things.

I have spent a fair amount of time recently digging through their links, landing pages etc and most issues I have found so far have been worked out almost immediatly....

I have done testing on the campaign system (known as adtrackers) and so far the tracking system CJ has in place has worked flawlessly.

I can see this program being a major part of my sites in the coming months.
