Does anyone answer emails

I sent an email on Sept. 27th which is still awaiting a reply? Does anyone ever answer emails? I really believe GPWA should take a serious look at this program.....De-certified at AGD and rogue on Casinomeister...does anything else need to be said? IMO

So I received the October Newsletter and above the header banner it says:

however I have never joined the program.
