Yes - they signalled this to affiliates about a month ago - as Doyles Room wants to be able to accept all aUS based players.
Agreed that CAKE POKER seems to be the destination
As an aside, Doyle's room was my favourite place for online tournaments before they went to the microgaming platform.

Their MG Casino only opened a few weeks ago. This would probably be the shortest lasting period of a Microgaming Casino ever.
Their first casino was integrated in the Poker software client and only had a very limited selection of games. The actual MG casino was just opened recently.
However, the pokernewsdaily article seems to only be refering to the Doyles poker room and not the casino.
They opened to US market on MGS in October 2007, Was open prior to that on MGS but not to US market. So was not a short run.
And no rumours need to go further, I talked to the pokerroom manger earlier this evening on MSN and he said the new software would be oopen within seconds of our chat. I have already downloaded the new client on Cake network.
My funds have not yet moved over but I have 150% faith they will. Doyle's has been good to me, when Tribeca shut off to US they transfered my funds to Full Tilt (had other options too). I am sure it won't be long till I am ready to rake it in at the new digs!
I also asked if there would be a new affiliate platform and he was not sure at this point, moving a site plus players and funds is a terrible lousy job and takes many sleepless hours. I can't wait for it all to be final!

Yes... The poker client with the integrated casino opened back then. Doylescasino.com is however brand new and only a few weeks old. They opened to US market on MGS in October 2007
We shall see how it goes with them.
As for the poker room, I downloaded the Cake version of their software this morning and checked my account.... all funds have been transfered over already!
I look forward to continuing a long and prosperous relationship with them.

Great news.
Normally I would be against changing the affiliate backend, but the current Doyles stats (IMO) have sucked so bad that a change is probably what is needed.
I constantly see db timeouts etc when trying to run reports, and the campaign tracking the way it is designed just doesn't seem to perform the way it should with such a world class room.

If an affiliate program is not small affiliate friendly (especially small US Affiliate), then they are NOT Affiliate Friendly!
