    Default What are you wearing?

Many of us affiliates work at home.

Currently I am wearing my jammie set with moons that have little hats and the top says 'good night'. Tomorrow, I will probably change into my purple flannel PJ's because it's starting to get chilly around here. That is my work attire.

I know many work in an office as well. Is it formal or can you wear jeans?

I have been working since I was 11. I still can't get used to getting up, not having to get dressed and going to work. But I'm trying.

Seriously though. It has it's good points and not so good. I miss the folks I used to work with and feel a little out of the loop around town.

    Good question Mojo..

Our office is relaxed, and it's starting to cool down in Malta so today i'm wearing jeans, t-shirt and a hoodie.

Have you seen the onesies for adults, they look awesome i want one...

Our office is in Malta too so our dress code is also relaxed... I think most things in Malta are. I'm wearing jeans, black top and yellow cardigan, got unfairly accused of resembling a bumble bee this morning

I'm based in Cyprus where it's also starting to cool down and where it's also relaxed on dress code.

I'm wearing three quarter length trousers and short sleeves, although I'm beginning to get my long sleeves tops out ready for when winter kicks in.

Funny, I just had this conversation a couple of days ago with my "boss" concerning the trip to Vegas. I told him because I have been working from home for one year now in September, my wardrobe has dwindled down to pajama bottoms and T-shirts. (which is what I have on right now, btw ) I have nothing to wear in Vegas! lol

I definitely miss my ex co-workers and my "skinny" clothes. (ok, so I have never had "skinny" clothes but what I do have doesn't like me sitting at home for the last year)

Regardless of me becoming a recluse who is almost on the verge of walking out of the house in her PJ's to go to the store, I would not give up working from home for anything!

Terry!! I was about to wear the same outfit!!!!

Seriously though - dress code is very casual by us, but every now and then I feel like dressing up with a formal shirt and jacket.

I have never worked at a company in South Africa where the dress code is strictly formal -
if that ever happens I'm going to need to do some serious shopping!

Damn Terry... thanks for ruining my mind for 24 hours....

Today is jeans, t-shirt (Coors Light) and slippers. Many times it is lounge pants and a tee. Depends on the workload or my laziness to get dressed.

Here in Costa Rica its very very hot in the mornings and pours down rain in the afternoon! So I kind of got to pick wardrobe that's not too hot and not too cold, the dilemma is so big that I just go with Terry's pick(thong!) and I dance around like this

no no just kidding, jeans and a t shirt!

Does the peacock feather turn a thong from casual to business casual?

Being in Hawaii at the moment, it's a pair of boardshorts and that's about it. Makes it easy to pop down to the beach for a swim too.

I have an ongoing list of things I need to achieve (as opposed to the one-offs) and not wearing a suit to work is on there, unless it is to accept an academy award. I despise corporate attire after years of working in offices such as accountants, lawyers and consultants.

I would like to dress casual, but the GPWA dress code is strict and Michael checks remotely via web cam to make sure I am up to code, so it's business attire for me.

We used to have a dress code in the office where we had to dress business casual but in January it was removed. I wear whatever I want but today i'm wearing my comfy clothes- a velvet pair of pajama bottoms and a t shirt

    Our office is pretty casual.

Today I'm wearing shorts and a short sleeved shirt..
I wear thongs to work every day of the year, even in winter.. And they are off my feet the second I get to my desk, so I walk around the office shoeless all day.

I managed to get some pretty good slippers at sexpo on the weekend which I've been wearing around the office too.. I attached a photo

Renee, remember we might call things on our feet thongs, however, some other people might wonder why you are wearing underwear on your feet!

Well, what I'm wearing on my feet are not thongs (as you can see in the pic above), but I've mentioned thongs so many times now I'm sure people realise us Aussies call "flip flops" thongs..

    For obvious reasons.

Didn't actually notice what they actually were on the first look at the photo. Must learn better observation skills.

Perhaps I'm more conscious of the Australian things whilst living over here. With the exchange rate, cheap flights and short duration, there's plenty around and find myself cringing when I hear things that normally wouldn't register.

That and advertisements for Fosters beer and the Outback Steakhouse...

I suppose if you see that every day you don't really take notice of the shape

Fosters - when are people going to realise it tastes like **** and that we don't actually drink it?
