Do you have samples of E-A-T strategies on gambling industry?

EAT usually becomes relevant with YMYL topics (happiness, health, finance, safety, politics, religion): in general we don't touch these as they might have serious consequences and sooner or later there might even be the question of liability. The exception of course is gambling, but if you work in the gambling industry to some extent you should already be some sort of expert when it comes to the risks.

Certain topics such as compliance/licensing/regulations, statistics/game mechanics or even game rules an strategies might be quite complex. So first you will have to decide what level of information you want to offer your readers, then decide whether you can already call yourself an expert compared to the average visitor of your site, and if not, if you want/can afford the time and effort to become one.

Expertise
Personally I think you can determine yourself if you are an expert or not: see if you can explain a certain topic to a friend or colleague in such a way that they understand it and you can answer any question the have about it. If not you have more to learn - or decide that it's time to outsource.

Authoritativeness
This is more tricky, unlike being and expert, you cannot declare yourself an authority as this is a relative concept and depends on your reputation: it is given to you by others and must be built over time.

Trustworthiness:The easiest one: are you honest and open about what you know, and even more important what you don't know or aren't 100% sure about! Share the sources of your information so people can check it for themselves if they want. If your information is backed by facts you are thrustworthy.

What I think is one of the most important things to do is to make use of disclaimers: you can do your best to provide the best and most accurate information, but be open that you are (most likely) not a trained professional and therefor it is the readers own responsibility to (double) check details and any possible recent changes with the official sources: be it the local regulator/authority or the casino they play at etc.

If I had to name one in English it would be askgamblers.com. And although probably not relevant for you, but the best Dutch one at the moment I think is casinonieuws.nl mainly because it's not an affiliate site (yet) and doesn't do link selling.

Which reminds me, when it comes to trust, I forgot to mention that personally don't trust sites that do link selling/building, as not being open and upfront about what content is paid for/sponsored/ad is not really trustworthy now is it?

Although still very new and heavily in development, you could always have a look at our site in which we apply all that I wrote (so feel free to link to any (future) content, but don't expect anything in return except our gratitude and motivation to create more quality EAT content )

A good sample of EAT is Casino.org - https ://www.casino .org/about/
if you google the names of their team members you will find out they are influential and some of them were even featured on covers of thematic magazines.

i think, that the following specialists can be attributed to the field of experts for the site: Representatives of the game provider, developers, journalists, casino owners. Their quotes, or content from them, would give some credibility to the site ...

If you will look on the top websites in various GEOs like Canada for example, by the keywords "online casino" "best online casino" you understand that there is no any EAT at all. Google still love links. Many websites attract huge traffic without even "about us" page. How do they do it? Many PBN links for example.

Just if some don't know for Canadian casino related keywords a lot of well-known aff sites floating about on 3rd,4th and so on pages. There is an insane competition.

That seems to be a "t.me" link, anyone can make a telegram channel and get a link like that. Does it actually hold any value?

Obviously, you can get a lot of (short term) traffic, if you manage to create a link on someone's high traffic Telegram channel, but I don't think this type of link can get you any power as Telegrams content (most) is unavailable to Google. I guess, it makes it the same as if you would have a backlink from some website on the dark web. But I may be of course wrong.

But the thing with those telegram channels they all sit on the same domain, so I guess it doesn't really matter what TG channel it is as it will be from the same high authority t.me domain?

I can confirm the traffic viewpoint. Picked up an organic t.me link and it sent a ton. 'Sadly'...the page it was going to was already 1 for the main term, so no idea if it had any value outside the numbers.

But, in theory, any real traffic (assuming accompanied by reasonable time on page, though this 'requirement' is debatable/unproven to my knowledge) has potential for 'signals' type beneficial impact, right.

In a nutshell, some say Telegram backlinks from the same topic with high channel URL rating help.

Basically, from popular channels that have many websites linking to them from Google and which content gets shared all over the place.

Lol..doesn't sound easy to get one anyway...

My partner ordered an audit for AU website a few month ago. And the team that run this audit resumed that they din't find a really E-A-T perfect affiliate website. So that's the reason why I asked for examples.
