    Default Easter Feasts.....

With the Easter long weekend approaching, I'm already dreaming of the big feast my family usually has on Sunday.

We always have turkey, but one year went with a ham which led to more complaining than I've ever heard from a group of grown adults.

So I was wondering....do you guys have turkey or ham for your Easter feast? Or other awesome dishes?

Mmm I love lamb. Roast too, as long as it is served with Yorkshire pudding!

Wouldn't ever say no to Raviolis either....

For Easter we always do Turkey will all the trimmings plus we also do 'Newfie dinner' which is the salt beef and all the vegetables. My mom makes all of that PLUS the Roast , split pea pudding ,Yorkshire pudding or sometimes a 'bread crust' for the roast which is similar to Yorkshire pudding but more dense ,yummy with home made gravy.
For desert ALWAYS home made steam blueberry Pudding with custard sauce and homemade Cherry Pie .If i served pasta or pork my family would go out for dinner lol

Having both Ham and Turkey this year. Traditionally it had been ham leading the way every Easter since I was a wee child.
