feedback on terms

Hey all, wondering if I can get some feedback on our Affiliate T&C? If this is inappropriate, please let me know.

I know there is one section that should likely be added..in regards to non compliance of changing promotions..but unsure how to word it. We had a promotion running for a set term and a few affiliates did not put the completion date or take it down after it was over causing a lot of grief on the support end of things.

But, please, let me know if anything else stands out.

Taking a quick look at your terms, http://www.nexxedge.com/Affiliates/TAndC I didn't see anywhere that you expressly mentioned spam as a for of unacceptable marketing, although that may be covered under the (EC Directive).

I see by your player terms and conitions, you NOT accept US Players?

If not, how can you possibly pay affiliates ONLY in player accounts and yet US Residents can not have player accounts?

This just means US Affiliates can send you traffic but just not get paid correct?

Please let me know if you ever set up methods of payments for US Affiliates that have zero to do with player accounts.
