    Hello,
I noticed that the interest in Forex is constantly growing for the last time.

That's why I decided to start promoting Forex trading and would like to ask if you can share some tips for the successful Forex affiliate campaign.

I am planning to target all the english speaking audience and am wondering what countries are the best in Forex.

    Thank you.

In recent years with the popularity of online forex trading growing considerably large highly reputable banks have established forex trading facilities to serve smaller forex traders. Your chances of making money with forex trading are improved by using a reputable bank as your forex broker dealer.

I am in total agreement with you about the raise in interest into the forex market.

Thatís why I would advise anyone starting off into forex to study well the world currency market and its fluctuations.

Currencies are traded in pairs, so choose a pair and stick with that pair until you master the personality of that pair.

Thatís why with etoro Forex platform has a particularly strong appeal to novice traders thanks to its simple intuitive interface and learning opportunities.

Happy trading and don't hesitate to contact me anytime

The USA having just a 4% market share must mean there is huge potential for growth in that particular sector.

And my understanding is that Forex is 100% legal in the USA also.

It is 100% legal when offered by a U.S. regulated entity and promoted in accordance with U.S. law. If, for example, you promote forex trading as a risk-free way to make a fortune in the U.S. then you will be in violation of the law. Working with a regulated business that understands the legalities is important in terms of legal compliance.

Ironman2000 - maybe you can step in and add a few comments here, since I know you guys structure your forex affiliate program so it is in compliance with U.S. legal requirements.

I'm also interested in your thoughts on the legalities surrounding marketing your product.

I'm in the UK so does that mean that I need to be regulated by the FSA or would it depend on the content I provide? Any info. appreciated.

My understanding is that you need to follow the US regulations in your promotional efforts, but I don't believe there are requirements beyond that as an affiliate.

eToro is regulated in the USA by the National Futures Association (NFA) and works under the domain www.etorousa.com .
Affiliates who wish to promote etoro in the USA will be asked to contact eToropartners.com in order to make sure the campaign complies to the NFA rules.

The commission for affiliates from the USA campaigns stands on $200 CPA.

All affiliates outside of the USA can choose between CPA and revenue share and no primary approval are needed.

    Doolally

I am pretty sure if you are promoting a UK based forex compay and you wanted to write content with investment advice you would need to be an approved person, to be honest the exam cost like £300 and the first one is easy if you understand maths and the shares.

Futures was hard er and i had to study to pass that.

    Good luck.
