Free games not re-directing properly

The automatic geo-targeting is a nice feature, but it seems that the links to the free games don't re-direct properly.

For example, the following link:

http://casino.bodog.com/welcome/free-keno-1dollar.jsp

will launch the free game properly for Bodog.com users, but not for .co.uk visitors, who just get sent to the home page.

If I change the links to bodog.co.uk, the opposite happens ie .com traffic get the home page.

I have a 50/50 split of UK and US traffic, and the free games form a big part of my referrals.

Is there any link I can use that will ensure both traffic streams get sent directly to the free games?

The same happens when deep linking to any pages to .CA or .co.uk, it all goes to the home page. Hopefully they can figure this out early on next week.

I apologise for the late response here. I realised I had spoken to my technical team, but hadn't replied to you, so please accept my apologies.

While we realise this isn't perfect right now, we have a technical project underway which should help solve this problem for the affiliates.

In the short term, the only way affiliates can direct players to specific pages for the different regions is to geo-target your site or to add 2 links (one for .com and one for .co.uk). All players are tracked this way and will receive the right local content.

I will come back to you once I know more about the new developments in early 2010.
